I am a newbie to this MMS and CDS stuff. I recently purchased some and my 53 year old wife had a tooth pulled last Thursday, Feb 16. She is having some issues with it, running low grade fever, pain, etc. and I am interested in treating her with CDS. I am trying to read about how to treat her but I get confused and see terms I don't understand. Can someone help me with some simple instructions? I have a 4 fl oz bottle of Activated Mineral Solution (CDS). I have the syringe to measure out up to 3ml of solution at a time. How much water do I add? Is it bad to swap some full strength on a cotton swap and apply directly to the area or should I dilute it? I read about drinking every 15 minutes for 2 hours. Can someone tell me specifics? How much water? Do I mix enough so she can just sip it every 15 minutes or what?

I would suggest that you get a copy of Health Recovery Guidebook if you intend to used MMS successfully.

As a basic, always mix into a drinking glass of water. Which is around 250ml to 300ml of water.

If you have 3000 ppm CDS and not MMS + activator, then yes, you can apply CDS diluted with water about 1:4, 1 part 3000 ppm CDS plus 4 parts purified water, not tap water. You can apply with a Q-tip or take a sip and hold the water over the problem tooth for a while, then spit it out. If that burns, add more water. If no burning, then use less water.

CDS is not covered in Jim Humble's latest book, unfortunately. Andreas Kalcker has a new CDS book, but not yet translated into English. He invented CDS.

You will find info on CDS on my website mmsinfo.org/

Taking CDS every 15 minutes is covered in unofficial (G2C) Protocol 115 .
Here is official (G2C) CDS Protocol 101.

Thank you for that useful information. I do have MMS and activator as well. I was thinking the CDS may be easier for her because she is resistant to trying this. She wants to go back to the Dentist and Doctors. I am trying to get her to do both. Will drinking either of these products help her tooth issue? Or swishing it in her mouth and spitting it out? What kind of doses of either or both?

Many people report using SCS (Sodium Chlorite Solutions) MMS1, CDS & CDH has helped their teeth issues. If using MMS1, Jim's 2017 book has a protocol for teeth. If using CDS or CDH, you can use this chart to convert from MMS1 doses to CDS/CDH doses. Note to use the non-ingestion chart for teeth use.

Yes, you can ingest a SCS while using the teeth protocol.
