Hi
I am new to MMS world and would like to learn how to use it. Basically someone told be that using CDS 3000 ppm is easier to use because it has less 'side effects' ie: nausea, etc. but I haven't understood very well how to use it.
Right now I do not feel ill or anything, is it still worth starting to use it? If yes what kind of dosing would be appropriate?
Also somewhere I read that it might better to remove body parasites before starting to use CDS. Is there a general agreement about this? If yes what is the best way to do it?
