I don't take turmeric/curcumin during the protocols, but I go back to it with a vengeance the moment that I stop. I double all of them up while I transition back to normal anti-oxidant supplement mix believing that the during the transition, you are more vulnerable, since you have neither. Just my opinion as a life long ClO2 user (not medical advice).
Here is the attachment that I referred to earlier. It is a great one to have in your files. The logic that I use is to avoid anything that is >100, don't worry about the 0s, 1s, or 2s, and minimize anything double digits keeping them in the 2hr before and after the dosing period. Just my opinion as a chemist that has been doing "redox" stuff all my life in water/waste process treatment.

NOTE: I am not a doctor, and I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure. Nothing I have said has been evaluated by the FDA. I merely pass along information based on my experience and the experience of others. Everyone has the responsibility of choosing their own health treatment, with the supervision of a qualified health professional, if desired.

Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

Clarification of MMS Terms
Published on: March 29, 2026
The following is from Jim Humble, taken from the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. MMS is the general acronym term used throughout the world to indicate many of the different uses of a solution of sodium chlorite in water. Sodium chlorite is a mineral/chemical, that when mixed with a food grade acid generates chlorine dioxide. Chlorine …
