Have you taken DMSO? I would read about DMSO. I dont know if it would be beneficial, its just what comes to mind. Or even MMS and DMSO. If youre looking for the next thing to research. Only you, after research, should decide what is best for you.

When you said you took 12 drops a day, how many drops did you take per hour?

Are you iodine sufficient? The previous topics about long COVID on this forum mention deterioration after bouts of stress. That makes me wonder about magnesium levels too.

Nope not deficient, did all sorts of tests for minerals vitamins and many other like heart lungs etc everything came perfectly normal. the virus is just persisting very strongly as it is the case with millions of others that have long covid from what i have seen in these facebook long covid groups

The RDA for iodine is about 135 micro grams. But some of us need anywhere from 12'000 to 50'000 micro grams a day. Practically all Doctors ignore iodine. How will they know you're deficient if the RDA isn't even correct? One way of testing is by doing an iodine loading testI know people that have thyroid test and are told everything is fine....but they are severely iodine deficient! Doctors are clueless on this one unless you see an iodine Doctor.

Take note of this statement:

Iodine purifies water and it does the same job on the bloodstream. Iodine purifies the complete bloodstream of the body (something the Thyroid does every 17 minutes) meaning sufficient levels of iodine, especially in children, keeps the body free of pathogens, no vaccines needed!

Simply put, there is no bacteria, virus, or other microorganism that can survive or adapt to an iodine-rich environment.

Therefore this is why I always ask about existing iodine levels of the entire body. If you have not been supplementing with any iodine, you are likely deficient because our food contains barely any. It can take months to become iodine sufficient with daily supplementation, sometimes years.

Will my doctor do an iodine test?It is quite likely that your NHS GP will not do a test because the Department of Health advisers state that you should be able to get all the iodine you need by eating a varied and balanced diet.34

I can't imagine it would be that different elsewhere. A varied and balanced diet would never give you the iodine you need in today's toxic environment.

Iodine loading testIn an iodine loading test, iodine sufficiency is determined by comparing the amount of Iodine taken to the amount excreted in the urine.30  After ingesting a specified oral dose of iodine, urine is collected for 24 hours and iodide levels are then measured. Because taking iodine is not good for certain people, you should always discuss having this test with your healthcare practitioner. If the body has sufficient iodine, most of the ingested iodine will be excreted in the urine.  The more deficient in iodine the body is, the less iodine will be excreted in the urine. Whole body iodine sufficiency is reached when 90% or more of the ingested amount is excreted in the urine. The 24 Hour iodine loading test is not available on the NHS in the UK but is available via Regenerus Laboratories . However, there is some evidence that this test does not provide a realistic assessment of an individual’s whole body iodine sufficiency or deficiency due to flaws in the methodology and the use of an arbitrary excretion cut-off point.31,32

Well, to be honest, if curing long covid would be as simple as taking higher doses of iodine, I woud have at least seen few cases of people being cured (and I am in multiple fb long covid grous with 50k+ members) with just iodine but it isnt that simple

even mms didnt work, which suppossedly removest pathogens.

ivermectin that is very effective for active covid bearly works (only 2 people got cured in a group of 3000 users of ivermectin for long covid)

and all these people tried literally megadosing every supplement there is, zinc/vit c/iodine/niacin, still bearly anyone got cured
some even travelled to germany for help apheresis blood filtering treatment that cost 1300$ per session (and you need up to 6 of them) and only some of them got cured

I have no idea how to approach this, maybe someone on here knows how to replicate blood filtering apheresis with dmso/mms but idk if it would work just throwing ideas

it feels impossible to remove long covid from the body with standard protocols

1 teaspoon borax dissolved in 1 litre of water. Take a teaspoon once or twice a day. I just add a tsp to my water bottle in the morning
Lots of good info here. mmsinfo.org/
