@Darby Cat If MMS1 is giving your stomach problems have you thought about trying CDS?

I’m aware of CDS but don’t know all that much about it. What little I’ve skimmed sounds like it might be a hassle to make, and I’m not up to anything complicated, at the moment. Also, Jim Humble says people tending to “plateau” on it and need to switch to MMS anyway, and that’s a big part of why I haven’t looked into it more.

I did get a bottle of pre made CDS as a freebie with the MMS/HCL I ordered some months ago, but have no idea how to use it, or whether or not it’s still viable…

What iodine did you buy? There is an iodine protocol so be mindful. At the very minimum, you must have selenium with it. I find Selenoexcell is a good form because it contains all 3 types bound together. Studies show this to have an anti cancer effect that all other types lack.

Concerning boron, it does indeed help magnesium absorption. It also helps us retain calcium and vitamin D. The magnesium supplement I use is MegaMag and it contains a little boron. The first time I used that one, I could feel a major shift of relaxation in the body until I got used to it.

I got J.Crow’s brand Lugol’s Solution of Iodine 2%, and just added Natural Factors brand Selenocell - thanks!

For boron, I’m using borax in water, but haven’t taken it for while so I don’t remember the dosage. But it’s something like 1 T. of borax in 1 quart of water, then one takes one to several teaspoons per day of that solution, which ends up being something like 20-70 mg. (mcg?) of boron. Higher amounts for people severely deficient and needing to load up.

Isn't this an interesting statement from the iodine link!

Iodine purifies water and it does the same job on the bloodstream. Iodine purifies the complete bloodstream of the body (something the Thyroid does every 17 minutes) meaning sufficient levels of iodine, especially in children, keeps the body free of pathogens, no vaccines needed!

Simply put, there is no bacteria, virus, or other microorganism that can survive or adapt to an iodine-rich environment.

Just think. If they talked about iodine as much as they did masking, distancing, and hand washing....everyone would be experts by now...

Jcrows is a great brand. But even 2% will be too strong for some starting out due to the detox. I started with a solution of 1% and even that was a risk. It can be watered down if needed though. For so many people they have had toxic halogens taking up their receptors.

It’s amazing how much the mainstream *doesn’t* know and/or won’t acknowledge. :/

I’m glad to hear I picked a good brand of iodine. I’ll start slow!

@Darby Cat

It's true there are many nutrients people are deficient in nowadays. A great way to cover many of them is with organic Moringa leaf powder. I add 1 teaspoon to water every day. After 6 months I noticed the few grey hairs I had started to return to normal as well. The brand I use is Aduna. Note the color of your powder. If it looks a dull brown, it's probably not good. It should be a vibrant green. If you start with more than a teaspoon...you will probably be on the toilet all day...

Thank you again, Truthseeker! I do have some Moringa - one of many things I’ve run across as being beneficial, but haven’t *quite* gotten into the habit of taking regularly. 😅 Mine is a nice, vibrant green.

I also bought some Moringa seeds, some time ago, but that was a waste of money. Definitely not for the faint of heart, and just not something I can make myself eat daily. Or ever again, really, unless there’s benefit to swallowing them whole…

Not sure the apricot pits I have on the way will be much easier to consume, but those I’ve at least had before and know what to expect. ;)

Hello guys, what would be the protocol for long covid? me and my brother have it for a year (heart issues, POTS, saturation going down to 90 sometimes etc)

the cause of long covid seems to be spike proteins deep into the cells, as well as microclots/fibrogen. it is complex. given this info, what is recommended to take?

( i already tried mms for a month, 12 drops a day but no help)
