I have poured home-made 10,000 ppm CDS on my skin with no burning.
When CDS comes in contact with a skin ailment, that may burn. It is just doing its job. If painful, then dilute it, of course.

Take the cap off only long enough to take out a dose and quickly recap and then back into the fridge.
My bottles of CDS have 3mm holes in the lids/caps for taking out doses using a syringe and needle.

maybe the problem is because I put cotton wool soaked in CDS on my skin and left it on for 30 minutes, then I put it aside and so repeated every hour. It's a little better now - see picture

Using a cotton wool would apply it to a larger area and that could be a problem if CDS is in contact with healthy skin for a long period of time.

"In direct contact with the skin and prolonged exposure, it can cause symptoms like redness and burns."
I think that was your skin burning problem when you applied CDS with a saturated cotton wool pad. Knowing this, using the Patch Protocol could cause the same problem if kept in contact with skin too long.
