Of course you can get a virus from a vaccine, as that is what a vaccine is - a lite dose of the critters so that you make antibodies.

So yes quite some caught polio, especially the malnourished and weak. Before that polio was mostly associated with malnourishment.

Fauxchi's blood type I don't know and is not really that relevant if so many remedies can both prevent and cure this overhyped china flu fake pandemic which still lacks piles of dead bodies in the streets. I wouldn't know what he and other wannabe experts are able to cook up. But just having the masses believe an illusion of something dangerous and "communicable" will be both required and sufficient for the establishment of global doctatorship. You do not need some sophisticated microbe if toxins, vaccines and oxygen destroying EM waves can maintain the illusion of something "communicable".

I would say there's so much non microbe related crap in vaccines that the relevance of antibody theory can be safely ignored here.
The real antibodies are a variety of oxidants generated by the immune system for killing off harmful pathogens. The "antibodies" you mention merely is the bodies own intellect and remembrance to alert other immune functions to act to pathogens. You need to just eat well and be happy to develop a well functioning immune system.
The story of vaccines saving humanity is a fraud.

Adults in good health would need a decent dose of DDT for polio symptoms to manifest I guess. Or have a bad day to get infected by some bug for that matter.
There's a long list of chemicals known to cause polio symptoms.
