flakes arrived safely today so am searching how to make. very impressed with the fast service about 1 week to uk. the only downside is import and vat + handling charge. could only afford the 12oz 340g size but am told it will make about a liter. i did see sometime ago that someone was taking it and letting the activation take place in stomach but cant find the post, so would appreciate any help. thanx

Only use distilled water when making mms.... regular water or bottled water has minerals and the mms will bind to those minerals and render the solution dead.

Yes, you have hydrochloric acid in your stomach all the time, it is your stomach acid. So, they are taking mms straight... the only down side I can think of with this is that the throat and mouth won't be protected on the way down. I would swallow some distilled water right away to protect yourself.

I guess you haven't taken the class on making and taking.... I took a 5 day class... 12 years ago. There's lots to learn.

When I came down with covid it was December, before anyone knew the virus... I could feel something in my throat right away so I took mms2 pronto, then again every hour for 6 hours, I didn't think it reduced any symptoms. I would buy chloroquine, or hydrochloroquine - there's store in the UK that I bought it from and you can find others on line.

thanx i had sore throat and sniffles and headache. did 6x6 3 times and it was gone. dont know if it was the covid flu.

Hi Dawna, thanks for your tips and experience! I'm curious about using only distilled water. For instance, I add celtic sea salt to all my water, just a pinch or two per the recommendation of Dr. Batmanghelidj. I've used this same water to mix up my MMS daily doses for months. It still knocks out colds and sniffles and seems to work. Maybe it is reducing the effect, but seems to be rendering the MMS solution 'dead' as you've said. Perhaps there is some amount of alternate mineral binding like you say, but not all?

And the other thing I wanted to comment on was your experience in December. I too had picked up a flu from thanksgiving dinner, one of those buffets where you touch everything 3 times. It was nasty. Normally a flu knocks me down for a full week, 4-5 days at least. Dosing with MMS 1-2 drops most hours of the days or at least every time I got out of bed, I was back to work on the 3rd day. The cough lingered for a couple weeks, but then I smartened up and did a little ClO2 inhalation carefully and even the cough cleared up quick. I think today, no matter the flu, I'd stick with ClO2 vs HCQ.
