So far im ok beside im loosing weights because im not eating enough foods i think.

Yes I took MMS in all of March (March 1st-April 1st). In the whole month of March I was taking only MMS. First week of my protocol I worked my way up from 1 activated drop all the way to 3 activated drops per hour. Then I continued with 3 activated drops per hour for the next 3 weeks. (1 week = 1-3 drops per hour, 3 weeks = 3 drops per hour)

I did on some days use DMSO. I also did use MMS2 from time to time.

I stopped taking MMS on April 1st and my 3 months waiting period will be over on July 1st. On July 1st I am going to take my viral load test and I will let you know what my results are. I will also be taking the T cell count test.

I been told to take mms until i got cure completely and also the mms2 im taking every day half capsule 4 times a day .
Do you think i should order the dmso to add to my mms is that important to take dmso plus im not only hiv positive have herpes also they said for herpes have to take longer ..yes please let me know your results than you so much .

Also did you do diet during the mms my dear any fruits to eat after two hours mms im only eating salads mix greens and cook vegetables some times bread

Yeah I decided to take MMS2 also because it helps with the fighter T cells supposedly. I did not take too much however.

You can order DMSO if you want. DMSO just helps the MMS penetrate deeper into the tissue when fighting the bad guys. I did use DMSO a little also.

From the videos and reading I did on MMS and HIV is that just MMS1 is good enough. MMS2 and DMSO is not necessary but it is a plus.

I dont know what to tell you when it comes to herpes sorry. I have HIV and not herpes. I did hear that for herpes it takes longer you are right. I can only tell you what I am doing when it comes to HIV. I wish you the best of luck in getting rid of your herpes.

I did not diet. I still ate food in the day. I ate less when doing the 1 month protocol however. When doing the protocol the goal is to have your stomach as empty as possible.

I think its good that your eating salads. I recommend smoothies. You want to eat rainbows. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, etc. In my smoothie I love putting frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, avocado, and then almond milk.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I was very busy moving out of the country.

I did not get a undetectable viral load. It did go down however. My viral load dropped 59.5%.
