Hey I myself have HIV and I did the protocol in March for the whole month (March 1st- April 1st). Jim Humble recommends to wait at least 3 months after doing the protocol. On July 1st I will be taking my next viral load because then it will be 3 months. I will be updating everyone here.
In his book he writes:
With HIV/AIDS, Hep C, and some other diseases, often times at the first testing during and after a MMS cleanse, the blood virus count can go extremely high. This is always a good indicator that the MMS is working, and the count will soon go low. What happens is MMS destroys the viruses. However, the white blood cells continue to absorb the dead or dying viruses. When this happens, the cells get more and more stuffed until they burst, releasing huge amounts of the dead/dying viruses. These dead/dying viruses are counted in the viral load, but they are all eventually cleaned out of the blood naturally by the body. When this cleaning process is complete, then the viral load will drop to zero. If someone who is using MMS does not understand this, they may believe they are not getting better and may stop using MMS.
I messed up big time by taking the viral load test on April 1st. On the same day I took the viral load test I was also still taking MMS. This caused my viral load to go very high. So just be aware that you have to wait at least 3 months after doing the protocol.
My diet consisted of eating everything organic. No fast foods. I ate no gluten, diary, soy. I still ate meat (grass fed only). In the morning I would eat 4 scramblred eggs, seaweed, and make myself a smoothie. In my smoothie I would put a whole avocado, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, almond milk. I took no supplements. For the whole month of March I was taking only 1 supplement and that was Chlorine Dioxide. I used distilled and filtered water for my MMS. In the night for dinner I would have a nice steak with brussel sprouts, rice, etc. I kept all my food an hour away from my MMS doses.
How I took MMS:
Ate a healthy breakfast
Waited 1 hour
Started 3 activated drops every hour for 5 hours straight
After the 5th dose I ate a little snack
Then after my little snack I wait an hour to finish off with the last 3 doses
I continue with my last 3 doses of 3 activated drops per hour.
One I finished I wait another hour and then I eat a big healthy dinner.

Just to let you know I do not take ARVs. I have never taken it. I tested positive for HIV and me hearing already about MMS long ago before I got tested positive for HIV I decided to give it a try in getting rid of it. I dont know what answer to give you when it comes to the HIV medication.

May I ask what is your viral load or what was your last viral load?
What ARV are you taking? My doctor wants me to take biktarvy.
How long have you had HIV for?
Let me know if you have any questions.
