I tested your CDH recipe of 5 ml of 4% HCL + 10 ml of MMS + 225 ml of distilled water. The CLO2 concentration measured 1380 ppm. I brewed it inside a fridge, and from past testing, that will result in higher CLO2 concentration than at room temperature.
1 ml in 60 ml of distilled water measured 3.4 pH.
5 drops (0.20 ml) of MMS in 60 ml of distilled water measured 8.7 with a pH meter and 6 pH with two different pH strips. I calibrated the pH meter recently.

I will try the plain MMS solution for mouthwash and brushing and see how that works for my bad tooth.
Meanwhile the bad tooth is quite happy with the trisodium phosphate solution.
Thank you for testing!

www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2628628/The-10-toothpaste-rebuild-teeth-Product-claims-rebuild-82-tooth-enamel-just-three-days.html
i was interested that they are using sodium phosphate and calcium silicate to rebuild enamel!
It speaks well for using the trisodium phosphate for teeth...
It also had an interesting comment on acidity and tooth enamel;
Research expert at Unilever, Fred Schafer, who developed the science behind the toothpaste, said: ‘It is not generally understood that 80 per cent of common teeth problems, such as cavities and yellowing, can be caused by acid attacks and enamel erosion.
‘The erosion process happens to everyone, at all ages, day after day and is caused by common items such as carbonated drinks, fruit and vegetables, juices and wine.
‘The problem is that when enamel – the outermost protective layer of our teeth – is lost, our body cannot regenerate it.
‘This product is the world’s first system able to reverse the early, invisible stages of this erosion process and regenerate enamel with exactly the same mineral tooth enamel is made of.’

This is the recipe I came up with:
330 ml water
1 level teaspoon (US) TSP
3 level tablespoons (US) baking soda
Shake the glass container vigorously from time-to-time to help the powders dissolve into the water.
Measured the pH as 7.96
Made two batches and in both, the end result was a clear solution without any undissolved ingredients. Note that while dissolving the ingredients into the water, the mixing container became quite cold.
Now, to give it a try ...

thanks for the files on that company and their toothpaste/serum - interesting! They have a few nasty chemicals in there as well, so I will be happy to try the baking soda
and trisodium phosphate mixture!
Still waiting for mine to arrive..

Small batch recipe I see. Percent-wise this should be within the wide margin of somewhere between 16-24 ounces of water per 2tsp of TSP + 6 table spoons of Sodium bicarbonate.
Need to work out ratios in %.
After quite some mouth washing and tooth brushing I must say this solution has some less strong disinfecting properties than the low acid CDH I used to use. I been trying to compensate for this by using the TSP solution more often (after every time I eat/drink). All in all it works well enough.
No signs of any serious regeneration yet. Or maybe too slow to notice.

Longevity Tip: Take a Nap!
Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
