Hi Polar
I'm not sure if my last message came through, as I'm unable to locate it on this thread. So, I'll repeat it here:
I too am in NZ and needing to help my daughter's translucent teeth from lemon water (due to stomach issues). I wondering if you could point me in the direction of obtaining TSP either from you or your supplier you found. We would be truly greatful.
Kind regards,
E21S

As a note about lemon juice, a friend's wife used to suck on lemons a lot. There were ridges on her teeth caused by teeth brushing with an acid mouth. Truthquester's idea of adding baking soda when brushing would raise the pH and stop such problems.

Thank you CLO2. I think I read Polar had trouble ordering from them for NZ. I'll give them a try, but hoping Polar might have some for purchase locally here in NZ for a quicker receipt., as shipping is taking over a month from the US to here with the current situation in the world.
Thank you for sharing about the friend's wife. We make our own toothpaste currently:
3 tbsp Bentonite Clay (detoxification)
2 tbsp Coconut Oil (antimicrobial)
3/4 tsp Himalayan Salt (mineralizing)
1 tsp Baking Soda (whitening/alkaline)
1 tbsp Manuka Honey (antimicrobial)
2-3 tbsp Water for thinning
10 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
It's really great stuff! I look forward to adding the TSP to help.

Hi, I am also experiencing enamel loss and I'm not even doing the brushing procedure. Only taking mms1.
Also, I think my gums are receding because of this.. but i cant be sure if thats the reason.. but its strange that it seemed to happen just as I started to use mms.
Did anyone have any luck actually regenerating enamel as previously mentioned?
Would swishing my mouth with bakingsoda+water after each dose work to stop the damage to my teeth from the acidity?

Brushing teeth with an acidic mouth can cause tooth enamel to be scraped off by tooth brush bristles.
If you are ingesting MMS1 and not brushing with it, then MMS1 should not be a problem.
I suggest you measure the pH of your saliva before you brush your teeth. If acidic, then maybe you should brush with some baking soda. Using baking soda for teeth brushing has been a protocol for a long time. And the reason may be to raise mouth pH while brushing.
I use TSP + baking soda in a water mouthwash twice a day trying to save what is left of my old teeth! Have no idea if it is working or not.

I think I should post an update on my post. I freaked out prematurely. My enamel and gums are fine. The reason was that the swelling in my gums went down because of MMS and I got the impression of receding gums.

I think the problem with your teeth in the first place are the caps on them. Can you remove them and allow your enamel to regrow. Consider including castor oil orally to your protocol to aid in the regrowth process. Best of luck on your journey.

My front teeth were very brittle with sharp edges. Would easily cut my tongue. After starting on trisodium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate (TSP solution) the teeth have become much less brittle. The sharp edges have become roundish and don't cut my tongue anymore.
One tooth did hurt badly when eating cold food or drink. Today this is not a problem anymore. Same with some lost fillings and that would ice terribly even when just breathing fresh air. But if I drink/eat something acidic and don't brush/alkalize my mouth within like 10 minutes the icing returns.
The only CLO2 solution I use for additional disinfecting of teeth that basically only have the roots left is CDS prepared with well water (PH around 6.5). CDS does a better job of disinfecting infected roots than the TSP solution.
I have also been adding iodine and borax to the TSP solution in order to have better disinfecting result. But still CDS does a better job of keeping infection at bay. Use CDS before brushing/mouthwashing with TSP solution.
Today I can chew relatively hard foods mostly without pain. But it takes only one or two days of forgetting about brushing and alkalizing before trouble returns.
I have good faith I will be able to keep my remaining teeth without dentists.

No one is mentioning to activate with drops of fresh lemon juice. Is this no longer a viable method?
