I've been doing MMS enemas daily for 2 months.

I've released parasites and candida with great success.

However-- it causes diarrhea every time. Also, I can't hold it longer than 3 minutes. Does this mean I am highly toxic?

I know I'm losing tons of minerals and nutrients--my skin has become very dry and ashy, I have pale complexion and losing hair.

Any advice? Anyone else having similar experience? Don't want to stop the enema if it is clearing out toxins, but don't know how my body can get by without nutrients. I know Jim Humble has said that we shouldn't take supplements while clearing out the body as a first step.

Please help!
Thank you.

Estee77, here are some quotes from Jim's latest book regarding supplements & enemas:

It is imperative to pay close attention to how your body is reacting. If you are feeling good and doing better with the addition of a supplement(s), then continue. Do not change as long as you are improving.

As I said, enemas can be a very important part of health recovery; however, I do
not suggest prolonged use of enemas as they can be hard on the body.

The Three Golden Rules would indicate that you should change something as you are having serious side effects. You may be "overdosing" on enemas.

Have you tried taking some supplements to see what happens? Are you only doing MMS1 enemas?

I'm so sorry for the late reply.  I  found your response when I logged in tonight.   Thank you so much for your thoughtful response.

I have lightened up on the enemas because I think my nutrition was running very low.  I also added supplements and increased my volume of food.

Despite this, I've faced some hardship recently as a result of using MMS or using it incorrectly.  I'll post these topics separately for feedback.

When I watch testimonials of people cured of various disease I've noticed that many of the people have higher weight.  For those of us naturally thin, is it possible that MMS/CDS leeches necessary nutrition from the body and affects blood, tissue and/or organ health?    I also heard Mark Grenon say in one of his radio programs that those who consume animal products and animal fats recover much quicker than others.   I have started consuming them daily.

I'm mainly concerned that using MMS 8-10 hours a day is leeching essential vitamins and nutrients and has affected my teeth and heart health.  Facing challenges with both now.
I am 5'8" and weigh 127.  Is MMS using 5-8 drops, 10 times a day too much and /or potentially dangerous?

Thank you very much!

Estee77, below I have pasted your note with my replies after your questions, I have put my replies in bold text:

Three minutes is OK.

I know I'm losing tons of minerals and nutrients--my skin has become very dry and
ashy, I have pale complexion and losing hair.

Any advice? Anyone else having similar experience? Don't want to stop the enema
if it is clearing out toxins, but don't know how my body can get by without
nutrients. I know Jim Humble has said that we shouldn't take supplements while
clearing out the body as a first step.

That's true but only for the first two or three weeks, then include the supplements in the
evenings  two hours after the last MMS dose.

From what you have said all the indications are that you are using way too much
MMS.  You need to take the MMS by mouth as well as do enemas.  You
have to be patient.  It took years to get into the shape you are in.
Don't expect to overcome it in no time.  Some people take months of using
MMS according to the book to get well.   Some get well in hours.
There is no way to speed it up, just follow the book and the Golden
Rules.  The name of the book is MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.  Buy
from jimhumblebooks.co   and good fortune in your efforts.  Let me know how you do.

Thank you all for your responses!

I discontinued the enemas for the time being because I feel I was losing too many minerals.

I did feel "good" after doing enemas but started seeing symptoms in my physical appearance that were concerning - very pale complexion, loose skin .  Ultimately it led me to heart palpitations and (2) ER visits.

I highly recommend that people give enough attention to how they are fortifying their bodies when doing enemas.  If you continue to lose and not replenish it may not turn out too well.

I've resumed the use of supplements and minerals because they do make me feel better.

Thank you again!  God bless!
