UPDATES:
1. Today I'm on my last day of the starting protocol (6 drops in total), my Tourettes still the same, but I've noticed that my hands and overall body is not suffering from excessive sweating since I took it.
For sweaty palms I've used an aluminium antiperspirant (Anhidrol Forte), I know, it's bad, and last time I took it was more then a week ago, I was still sweating on my first day when I took MMS, but I knew it served a good purpose, which is to help me detoxify + get rid of my aluminium that was within my sweat glands. (Photo attached).
So two days, completely dry palms and body, no touch sensitivity, I hope it won't come back.
2. My sleep improved quite significantly, I'm now able to fall asleep much faster and I wake up with a feeling that I've had a good quality sleep.
I always woke up from every little sound in the house, like my sister taking her dog for a walk at night, door keys turning, toilet usage etc.
It's now 2 nights in a row that I've noticed that improvement.
Bonus: I've cut my right index finger accidentally with a knife while slicing an Avocado 2.5 days ago, and now it's almost entirely healed. I've never seen a wound hill so fast (Photo attached).
Usually to get to that state of repaired wound, it would take me a week or so. Amazing.
For now, I don't seem to have any side effects by taking MMS, no nausea or diarrhea.
Tomorrow is a new day, and with it it's time to start Protocol 1000.

My plan for detox:
1.Use MMS protocol 1000 combined with organic greens such as cilantro and algae like Chlorella and Spirulina.
2.Promote sweating (Now I know that my excessive sweating was for a reason) by doing exercises and if I have an access to sauna that would help me benefit as well + have bowel movements at least 3 times a day.
*Up to this point, I want to make sure that my entire body is clean and free from toxins, bad bacteria and heavy metals + my liver and kidneys are ready for the next step which is important because re-distribution of mercury in the body can be a disaster, and that brings me to the next step :
3.After at least 1 month of doing this chelation process, I'll start taking DMSO + MMS.
If necessary, I'll add ALA (I won't take ALA alone by itself).
4. This is basically the last part and it is neuro-genesis / neuro-generation.
At this step I want to promote the repair of damaged brain cells and nerve cells.
This process will involve a diet plan (Consist of blueberries, omega 3 fatty acids, turmeric and green tea) and cannabis consumption that will promote the creation of new nerve cells within the brain after being damaged by the exposure to heavy metals (Mostly Ethyl Mercury).
I'm currently on protocol 1000, and today I've reached 3 drops per hour with no side effects at all (No nausea or diarrhea).
That's it basically, it's gonna be a little long journey, but a life changing one.
