Curing my tourettes and more

HRP = Health Recovery Plan.
I didn't know that there are over 50 protocols, but if I understand right, protocol 1000 should do just fine for my problem.
If after 1 week I don't see a significant result, I'll add DMSO into my protocol (Protocol 1000+), but now I'll have a problem, since it will be less convenient to use this kind of protocol at work.

Update: 2 more amalgam fillings removed safely and successfully today, 2 more to go and I'll be 100% clean of mercury in my teeth.

When that's done, I'll start the MMS protocol, it will be interesting and life changing as well. Please stay updated, because I didn't find any tourettes testimony from anyone who cured from this disease using MMS.
I feel like I'm a part of an important experiment for humanity, but now seriously, if this will cure me from my tourettes, I want to do anything in my power to get the word out there anonymously and end the suffering among people with TS once and for all. (Tourettes Syndrom).

Update: The last 2 amalgam fillings in my mouth are scheduled to be removed today.
When that's done, I'll start taking MMS, I'll go first with the starting procedure and then go with protocol 1000.
If that won't do the trick, I'll go on and skip to protocol 1000+, which will involve DMSO (Just ordered DMSO today!).
I hope to see results by this, I really feel it's going to cure me completely.

By doing so, I hope to help TS sufferers who read this topic to cure themselves completely, that will make me so satisfied!

So I'm about to start with MMS within the following days, but couple of questions before that:

1.Does MMS in a bottle still effective? The only time that is convenient for me to take MMS is during my job, because that's the only time I fast for around 16 hours a day, and my shift is around 8 hours, which is perfect and I don't see better time to take MMS.

2. Is it safe using filtered water (Not tap water) which are pretty clean, for diluting MMS and DMSO? The reason I'm asking is because DMSO crosses the blood brain barrier, so I wanna make sure using this type of water is still safe for me.

I might just use the gallon of distilled water for all of this process, but I'm asking because it's more convenient for me to use the filtered water for this purpose.

MMS1 in an all-day bottle has been used for years by many people with good results. You can also use CDH or CDS in an all-day bottle.

I would use the cleanest water you can get for use with MMS. I'm sure that is what most people do as distilled water is not available in many countries.

If you have DW. I think you will like 4% HCL much better.

Just thought to share new understanding about chelation before I start with MMS (This saturday).
I've read an interesting article talking about self experience with detoxification of heavy metals, and he / she wrote a paragraph that caught my attention, and I quote:
"This improvement despite DMPS' inability to cross the blood-brain barrier is easily explained through the law of osmosis. If the connective tissue and vascular system (i.e., the portions of the body accessible to the DMPS) are free of heavy metals, but the brain and nervous system have a high heavy metal burden, then given enough time, the heavy metals will shift from the brain into the other tissues where the body can excrete them."

He basically states that the substance that he took (DMPS) doesn't have the ability to cross the blood brain barrier, but despite that fact, many of he's psychological and brain toxicity symptoms where dramatically reduced and cured.
He says that when your brain remains high with mercury and other toxins, while your body doesn't have much if at all, the law of osmosis will take care of mobilizing the mercury out of the brain.

If that's the case, and it turns out to be true also with MMS, I might won't need to use DMSO.
But I'll take what I wrote here above with a grain of salt, because I haven't started the protocol yet.

Again, I'm starting my journey this Saturday.

Update: Started with MMS and I'm in the first day of the starting protocol.

Next update will be when I'm starting protocol 1000 or when a side effect happens (I hope not).
