22.4% sodium chlorite solution (SCS) is correct if it was made from 80% sodium chlorite powder/granules. See this explanation.
You should begin using MMS by following the Starting Procedure.

I Take an herb called kratom (I have for about 2 years) but I didn't take it during protocol hours because i've read that it has 20x the antioxidant value of green tea. But I will take this at night at least an hour after I'm finished. I have a final project due for school on Tuesday but my head hurts so bad I can barely concentrate. Will it ruin anything if I drink 2 beers on my off hours? I have to get this work done and that might be the only thing to help me escape these constant headaches.
About DMSO and the MMS1 with Hcl 5%. Can I make something to put on my head after I get higher up on dosages? Do I have to rinse off the solution after a few minutes from skin or else it will burn? Did I read that correctly??

The Starting Procedure starts out at 1/4 drop per hour, not 1 drop. I think you're over dosing!I started off at 1 drop an hour for 8 hours. My head is pounding!
A couple of beers one hour after your last MMS dose of the day should not be a problem.
If you are following P3000 you don't have to wash off MMS1 + DMSO unless it irritates your skin.

But here's what I'll do. I'll start at 1/4 drop an hour and see how that works out. If I still have the same problem I'll know its not from the MMS. The week before this when I had the CDS I was at 1 drop on my dosages, that's why I went to 1 drop yesterday. I started slower with that.
The Hcl works really well, so Thank you CLO2 for suggesting it to me! I don't think this stuff tastes bad whatsoever. I actually like the taste and the smell (even though I know not to inhale or try to smell it, but the room is filled with the scent from making it.)

Does MMS have a tendency to dehydrate the body? I was noticing that my lips became really dry today. That usually only happens if I'm getting dehydrated. I will start drinking more water throughout the day, but only some decent time after my doses of MMS because I don't want to dilute it.
Today I increased my dose. I ended up reducing my dosage to a half drop and then my symptoms weren't so bad, I worked back up to a drop and continued from there and went up more but made sure it wasn't making my symptoms worse. And it is not now. I can't be grateful enough for finding MMS. My headaches are really going down now. And I expect soon that the other symptoms will dissipate and disappear soon too!

Is it normal for the concoction to start smoking when mixing larger doses. When I add the Hcl to the Sodium Chlorite I usually don't see any smoke but I made a larger batch with 16 drops of each and it started smoking. Is that normal or did I do something wrong?
And does the MMS of the Third Mellennium book cover the protocol for dogs? I will take a look in my ebook a little later but if you see this before please do let me know where I can find the dog info.

Smoking is probably CLO2 gas you see and can be caused by strong light hitting the solution, particularly sunlight. More drops = more CLO2 gas, so that is why you see it now compared to when using fewer drops.

MMS/CD and Plastics
Published on: July 12, 2026
Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. This is because the world of plastics is vast, and like so many things in our environment, it’s difficult to know what is really what. To give you an idea, …

Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus? Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections. Thankfully, MMS/CD has been known to stop both viral and bacterial diseases. For either viral or bacterial infections, begin with the Starting Procedure and continue following the Health …

Importance of Following the Plan

Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. MMS/CD is an oxidizer that fits into the operation of the body in the exact right chemical balance to kill diseases and their poisons and eradicate heavy metals. Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the …

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …
