I have dangerously low levels of Vitamin D and hoped I could use Protocol 1000 WITH this product. It's Liquid Vitamin D by Tropical Oasis. contains purified water, Xylitol, Natural flavors, Potassium Sorbate and Citric Acid. My question really is, can I take this does on either end of my 8 hours of dosing as long as there is an hour between them?

Likewise, could I do the same with my ONE cup of coffee (decaf) that I have each morning?

I doubt Vitamin-D would be a problem, but coffee would be.

Best to take both 1 hour after your last dose of the day or 2 hours before the first dose of the day.

My suggestion is to always start MMS1 Protocol 1000 before deciding to add anything more to one recovery path.

There had been many with bad report were improved with simple Protocol 1000 that no one know why.

Once we know for sure that MMS is not so helpful, then one can decide if they need additional healing with MMS. This is a more correct way of using MMS.
