All you have to do is wait for them to read your post, mean time, do what you have to do and you may discover what you need to know by yourself....

In this forum, we cannot expect to get all the answer we want immediately as wish.

Some people just put up their testimonial and then carry on their living. We cannot expect them to be on standby to help everyone.

Lately I've been doing 1 dose drops. I'll take the dose with about 4oz of distilled water. Then I'll drink 4 oz of alkaline water I bought at jewel. Through the 8 hrs I mostly eat bananas they seem to help energize me and keep me full. After the 8 hours I eat more of a balanced meal. Usually a sandwich.

I do want to say this though.. your body consists of cells and oxygen. Your cells need oxygen to live. Cells die when they are not receiving enough oxygen. Your body carries oxygen through the blood. All dis-ease in its simplest form, is when the body is compromised of mucus which causes swelling and blockage which doesn't allow the cells to receive enough oxygen. When cells don't get their required oxygen they die. So in essence your body simply just needs more oxygen to revive your cells and remove the swelling/mucus.. IRON is the main element that carries oxygen through the blood. Iron comes in 2 forms. The rock form and in plant. You need to look into the herbs family. I HIGHLY recommend studying Dr. Sebi on YouTube. You will find your answers on youtube. Learn from those who learned from him. MMS is cool don't get me wrong it's what's helping me right now. But the Bible says the herbs were created for healing. Our bodies are organic, so when we get sick we must return to the organic aka the earth. I hope this helps brother. Peace and blessings
