Even before they "banned" it, most people I had talked to in Ontario were getting it from their vet, so if you know someone who has horses, you should be able to get it pretty easily still. Or if you know people who make border trips regularly.
Fortunately, I still have one unopened bottle that I haven't used at all because I am still nursing.
