Here is a list. No one seems to really know what the magic number is in terms of the cut off point of antioxidant content. But the number 0.10 has been suggested. However you can clearly tell which foods are very high in antioxidant and which are not.Maybe give us a list of things we can eat. The list above seems to include everything we can not eat. Having a hard time finding anything that is NOT on the list. Thank you for your help! HS

Generally, MMS stays active in the system for 2 hours and is then used up. So wait 2 hours after last dose and eat. If you can't then put at least 1 hour between eating and dosing.
Hello Horsefeathers, in Jim Humble's Health Recovery Guide book, he explains that the dose of MMS stays active for 1 hour to 1,5 hours. He recommends light meals during the day, more than 3 preferably, so that the stomach is empty soon enough for a relative frequent intake of an MMS dose, choosing one hour digestion of the food before taking a dose, and one hour as measure for active MMS, eating one hour after taking a dose.
Why not choose the moment of eating before the start of hourly-intake of MMS or after? For example, when the 10 hours are between 8 am and 18 pm, one should be able eat between 6 and 7.30 am plus after 18 pm Making sure to eat a large breakfast that sustains oneself until 18.30, 1,5 hour after the last dose at 17 pm.
Or, if the protocol allows, one could take a break at 12.30 pm, eat lunch, and take the next MMS dose at 14 pm. with the last dose at 19 pm. Eating dinner at 20 pm. Is that doable? Of course, it's most comfortable when one is at home, for practical reasons, and timing.
