all Ascorbate
all proteins, for example: wheat germ, nuts, peas, beans, fish, poultry, meat, milk, eggs
Most antioxidants, for example: N-acetyl-L-cysteine, alpha-lipoic acid, SAME, glutathione, quercetin, BHT, BHA, tocopherol
Most B vitamins, including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid, cyanocobalamin, biotin, carnosine
most fruits, especially berries, apples, oranges, grapes, cherries, figs
most herbs, such as: chocolate, green tea, coffee, turmeric, silymarin, licorice, ginkgo, olive oil, cinnamon
Allium species: onion, leek, shallots, garlic, chives
Brassica species: cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip, mustard, wasabi, asparagus
Solanum tuberosum = white potato."
