Here is my day with protocols MMS1 and MMS2
Morning: make mms for the day, I do 25 drops in 8 doses throughout the day with 4 calcium hypochlorite 00 capsules
6:00am take mms dose
7:00am take mms dose
7:30 eat breakfast, pastured eggs with pastured pork fat (cracklins, yum) Himalayan pink salt and glass of water kefir (with added minerals), 1 magnesium chloride capsule, and glass of filtered water, keep the water especially in hot Houston!
8:00am take Calcium Hypochlorite capsule, prepared to be a little fatigued
9:00am take mms
9:30 cup of bone broth from perpetual bone broth pot. I get free venison bones from the local deer processor. People throw these away! WHAAAAAAT!
10:00 take mms
11:00 eat lunch protein, avocado, mixed greens with homemade salad dressing
Here is my recipe based on chimichurri sauce (cilantro and parsley are great heavy metal chelators)
In food processor: 1 bunch of organic cilantro, 1 bunch of organic flat leaf parsley, 3 cloves garlic, 7 sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil (from Costco), sprinkle of chili flakes, 2 tsp pink salt, juice of 1 large lemon, start spinning and add 1/2 cup organic hemp oil, 1/2 cup organic sesame oil and 1 cup olive oil. (get it from vitacost.com much cheaper)
SOOOO yummy!

Oops switch 9:00 take mms with 9:30 take bone broth. You want at least an hour and 1/2 between calcium hypochlorite doses and mms. I find that I get too sever reactions, but you will have to play around and get your schedule to where you aren't detoxing too fast. This is what I have worked up to after 5 weeks.
Cont...
12:00 take Calcium hypochlorite pill and everyone goes down for a nap
2:00 take mms
2:30 snack, water kefir and apple or some type of low vitamin C fruit
3:30 take calcium hypochlorite pill
4:00 take bone broth, the girls like it so maybe add more salt if you need to get it down. Or mix-in/hide in prepared foods
5:00 take mms
6:00 dinner, salmon and green beans or sausages with sweet potatoes and salad, or magic meatloaf with pureed grassfed beef liver mixed in. I am a SNEAKY chef!
6:30 take mms
8:00 take mms, take mms bath and do douche protocol and water enema
9:30 take calcium hypochlorite pill, magnesium chloride pill
10:00 sleep

For my girls this is what we do:
Make mms for them: they are up to 10 drop each in 8 divided doses. I mix it in a 22oz glass water bottle from Costco
costcocouple.com/takeya-glass-beverage-bottles/
and pour into IKEA small kids glasses that have a rim halfway. I measured out of the glass water bottle the divided doses up to the rim so I just pour to the rim for each child and add a splash of juice and they drink it down.
7:00 dose
8:30 dose
10:00 dose
11:30 dose
2:00 dose
3:30 dose
5:00 dose
7:30 dose
They follow the same snack and meals as me. Every other day they take an mms bath. I make a ten drop mms spray in one ounce of water and use this for cradle cap, bruises, sore, boo boos, hand sanitizer and bug bites.
Baby this is what I would do for nursing and under age two.
Make a one drop solution in one ounce of water. There are roughly 30 milliliters in one ounce so eight doses would be roughly 4ml or 3/4 tsp. Use a plastic syringe that they use from the drug store for medication of infants and fill to
4 ml and squirt in their mouth. You can add some stevia to the mix, it won't degrade the mms if your child immediately spits it out. Here are the glass one ounce bottle I use:
www.mountainroseherbs.com/catalog/glass-bottles
Follow same schedule.
Baby enema. I have only done this once and will do it again if necessary. We are not dealing with issues as severe as autism so unless my baby is constipated ( no bowel movement in 7 days for a breastfed mama eating healthy)
I make the same one ounce solution and using a DIFFERENT plastic syringe insert the full one ounce of mms solution into their little rectum and put the diaper back on. The liquid does not leak out... and wait until bowel movement. Repeat if necessary. I do not do enemas on my 3, 5, and 7 because I give them enough magnesium and they all poop great!

My benchmark for stopping the protocol for me is waking up with NO WHITE TONGUE and the pain in my neck (Epstein Barr virus) is gone for at least a week. Then I will switch from a medicine protocol to a nutrition protocol with maintenance doses of MMS.
Here is what I will take for nutritional protocol:
12-50 miligrams of Iosol iodine a day build up until you achieve endocrine system health and then maintenance dose is 12 miligrams.
www.iherb.com/tpcs-iosol-formula-ii-1-fl-oz-30-ml/4785?at=0

If we drank enough fish broth like the Japanese do we would not be hypo or hyper thyroid in this country. That is why the Japanese older women do not even have a word for menopause or pms because their thyroids are top-notch. Not so with the younger Japanese generation especially the ones who have come to US.
MSM organic nutritional grade sulfur a precursor to glutathione production a master antioxidant.

4-20 grams per day. Here is where I get mine:
www.nwhealthsolutions.com/
Magnesium chloride or magnesium bicarbonate (both the most bioavailable forms)
Mag chloride brand I get. I just googled this and I think I got mine from Amazon. Just get Life-Flo. One cup has 51 grams of mag chloride so I try to take the aqueous solution in 2 grams per day. I am going to try to get rid of my bunions which is over calcification of a joint. Magnesium forces calcium back to its rightful home, into the bones in the proper proportion. So if you have stiff joints this will help.

Recipe for magnesium bicarbonate. Tastes like soap though, but effective.

Green pastures Fermented Cod liver oil: 1 tsp a day

Nutribiotic Vitamin C get 4 grams per day in two divided doses.
www.vitacost.com/nutribiotic-ascorbic-acid-100-pure-vitamin-c-powder-16-oz
Here a recipe for sodium ascorbate which is a gentler form. Use aluminum free baking soda.
www.ehow.com/how_5495189_make-sodium-ascorbate.html

I gave you the wrong link for using diatomaceous earth for parasites:
wellnessmama.com/1969/are-there-bugs-in-your-belly/
The whole family will be doing the Kalcker protocol when I am done nursing, but I think the clay will be sufficient for now.

Hope this helps! Emily

Add on about ocean water.. it is expensive and I can come up with other ways to get minerals so we don't do ocean water.
I think I answered all the questions. Post again what I missed. Have a blessed day! Emily

thank you so much emily! that is all so incredibly informative!!!
i will be using all your tips!!!
first question: are you counting goats milk as "dairy"? from the teachings of jordan rubin (behind the makers diet etc) he says that goats milk is different than cows so even for ppl treating candida, fermented goats milk products are allowed while any cows milk dairy is not. after healing he allows for raw cows milk products, but limited. (i ask bc my son LOVES goats milk yogurt and goats milk kefir and i would hate to not be able to give that to him...)
my husband and i have decided that i will wait until luke is done breastfeeding and then all three of us are going to do kerris protocol. He is going to turn two in november, and i will start to slowly wean him then. so i have time til i start, and during that time i am going to be slowly collecting all the supplies for the protocol, including the klacker parasite protocol for all 3 of us (and for our dogs as well...this is the part i have to look into further...how exactly to do this method specifically for dogs...not much detail is given on this). so i think we are also going to include the ocean water.
i think lukes full dose will end up being about 8-10 drops per day ( he is only 22 pounds now, so probably wont be over 25 when we start) i wonder about if by then i will be able to place him on the potty to release an enema....i doubt we will be doing tons of enemas with him, but i am going to try some and definitely do the baths.
my full dose will probably be 32 drops, and i am hoping to work up to that so that i am at my full dose when luke is, but i may have to go slower than that.
i am still in the beginning stages of convincing my husband to do the cd protocol with us, and i also hope to convince him to do the PP too (i usually can, but this is a pretty extensive protocol, so we shall see.....as of now i am just planning for us all to be on it together.)
i plan on being on the cd protocol longer than the 21 days jim calls for, but i dont think as long as the families in kerris protocol go. then we will do maintenance dosing for all of us. i am going to *try* to keep us all on the PP for 12months, but try is the operative word (and deworming a few times per year esp since we have dogs)
quick question about the baths....we dont have any kind of a filter on our shower or bath water...is just plain bath water ok to use for a cd bath...i wouldnt know how else to do it. (we are going to use purchased distilled water to make and drink our oral cd doses and make the enema/douche solutions but this isnt practical for baths)
thanks again emily! you are such a help!!!!

Okay, I thought goat's milk was mucous producing but a little googling tells me otherwise. I think Kerri's book touches on and dairy being an issue with the casein content, but if your little guy has no problems, drink on. I think having a mms bath with plain tap water is better than no mms bath. I can't think of anything that would make it ineffective. We don't have pets, but Jim does have a chapter on pets in his book. What is your standard of knowing when the candida is gone or rebalanced? I am just wanting to get rid of the fatigue, itchy skin, and coated tongue. Have a great week, Emily

Yes, Kerri's program does require that children be casein free (since that helps feed the parasites).

Emily, my standard will be also getting rid of my constant itch(i also have this in more embarrassing areas as well:/....leading me to believe parasites may also be at play here), as well as relieving my intestinal bloat/gas, tempering my irritation/impatience levels, hopefully getting rid of my toenail fungus:( and tiny bit of psoriasis I have on one of my elbows. I also was very fit when I became pregnant (i had been on an anti candida diet and had gone through die-off previously but i was feeling great after dieoff.....I was at my fighting weight) well the pregnancy made me entirely grossed out by all the foods I had been having so I went off my Candida diet (i could kick myself for this!). This was the first mistake. Then I let them perform an "emergency" csection. ...Second horrible mistake! After that I slipped back into candida hell and I had compromised my baby's gut too:'-(. I had gained 40 pounds during pregnancy. I still felt healthy thoigh and even maintained my 4-5 times per week pretty strenuous exercise thru the whole pregnancy....I had zero morning sickness. I thought since I had stayed in shape during pregnancy that I would bounce right back. Nope! I dropped 20 of my 40 pounds bc it was just fluid. Nursing has helped me drop zero pounds. During lukes first year I tried so hard and lost maybe 5-10 more pounds. Well i kept trying and nothing more came off....I have even GAINED 5-10 pounds from where I was last year...ugh! I do NOT do well with extra weight on me and even though my husband says he would not change a thing, right now I am 20 pounds over where I am happy. So this would I also be an indicator for me....the ability to lose weight with hard work. ...and to also be able to gain strength, muscle, and balance. (No matter how much yoga or strength training I do, I don't seem to make any progress in these 3 areas....very frustrating) have been very anemic and this is all affecting me utilizing my T3 only thyroid meds correctly. So i plan on doing another iron panel after some time on the protocol.
I have never experienced the coated tongue for some reason, nor has lukey, but there are plenty of other equally fun symptoms to choose from lol. Waiting for us to be done breastfeeding is so so bittersweet for me....I just want to detox already so I can feel better and be a better more patient mother, but I don't want to prematurely force the weaning process. I am secretly hoping he will just lose interest soon. I plan to start slowly weaning him when he turns 2, but I would rather not have to force the issue:/.

I was also curious if one activator is generally recommended over another? Does hcl seem to have more success than the citric acid? Or are they both equally good?
