I take VCO daily myself, and for 6 months I had no OB. But this May I got another one. The MMS helped me to get rid of it in 4-5 days, but I was hoping for more success with VCO. I purchased the best quality of VCO and took it daily 2-3 times. I continue taking it, because it is good for the body, but I am not sure about the elimination of the herpes, just with VCO. I remember seeing John D's comments about the lypid coating elimination with Monolaurin, which is suppose to come from VCO, and eats away the protective lypid coating of the virus. This exposes the virus and it can be killed by the immune system, or MMS. Unfortunately, John D was banned from the forum and his protocol cannot be found anymore. He made few very important comments, which I found very useful and made sense. So, VCO is good, but you need to bring the big ' guns ' like MMS to get rid of this bug.

Topical lugols iodine, 15% solution is best, applied topically can stop an outbreak if applied when the itching starts. It will also dry up an outbreak quickly.

I've been wondering how on earth people are able to successfully complete protocols such as the John D protocol if they have a busy life??? How on earth can you follow a protocol that strict "hour on the hour" type protocol if you work and/or go to school?? Sheesh

It's basically a test of one's commitment to getting rid of the virus ... if you really want to do it bad enough, you'll clear a path for it, and make time.

Much like when people say, "I don't have time to be in a relationship". (Bullshit !) .... if you met someone that you really liked, you'd make time for them.

.... (getting offa pedestal now.... :-)

Good point, but I'm going to have to find another protocol, it's never a win, win situation. What? I'm suppose to live in a homeless shelter because I quit school and stopped working my business? nope. My significant other is just as busy as I am, we spend time during WORK lol. I may try B's updated 7 day protocol.

Mickey just have your blood checked for the viral load to see how much virus is in your system before putting yourself through and outbreak. If you have above average levels you will have an outbreak if you come off what ever is suppressing it.

I also wanted to add that olive leave capsules are good at suppressing the virus and has been said to have cured it but I don't if that is true. You can cure it with MMS/CDS, ingesting, topicals, enema, douches, bathes, etc. But it will take time and you will need to monitor the viral levels in your blood every 3 months. You should avoid nuts because they can bring out an outbreak.

Hello!

Great thread! Great information! Great community!

I'm a huge believer of MMS (CDS) which cured of a crazy virus I had that the doctors couldn't diagnose. I did this (101 Protocol, CDS at 5000 ppm for 30 days). I did the 30 day Arise & Shine Cleanse and eating a very clean alkalizing diet before starting the 101 Protocol.

Now, a new challenge I face is the girl I am dating unknowing gave me HSV2. So, I am investigating several protocols --

I'm familiar with Protocol 1000 which is what I previously completed that cured me from a virus I had which is recommended.

I read about John D's protocol and wondered if anyone could comment over it's effectiveness to Protocol 1000? Does anyone have John D's protocol as it seems he was banned and his protocol removed from the forum and from the standpoint of pure research I am curious what the details of it are.

*** While I investigate MMS protocols, I am doing therapeutic doses of Colloidal Silver + Colloidal Gold + DMSO which seems to be keeping everything in check. In addition to going 100% plant-based alkaline diet. Btw, I know there is a Colloidal Silver protocol for HSV2 posted on the Utopia Silver website, but I cannot find any proof that it is nearly as effective as the MMS protocol and since this is a 2 month journey more or less... I'm sticking with what I know. :)

One final question is can I use PAMMS 1 or PAMMS 3 for the Herpes protocol verses MMS (ie CDS)? I also read on the forum that CDS does not cure Malaria which has me wondering if I should use CDS (101 Protocol) on a virus as difficult to kill as Herpes 2 and not MMS (ie PAMMS)?

I really appreciate this community and any insights on Protocols, PAMMS and John D's protocol (which you can PM me about).

Thank you and have a great weekend everyone!

Joe
