Yes, it is normal to get an OB, when you start the protocol. It is a good thing, because the MMS will start killing it. Remember, this virus hides inside cells. MMS cannot penetrate the cells, but it can kill the virus, once it is out. Your goal should be to saturate your body with low doses of MMS, so any out coming virus will be killed. If the virus cannot replicate itself, soon or later, it will die off. This is why you need to take your doses regularly and for longer time. Be patient and do not stress yourself. Sleep well, don't drink, don't smoke, nothing harmful. Eat well and healthy and be positive. That is the only way to kill this virus. There is no magic elixir, which can free you from it in few days. This is a hard battle and you must be ready to do it, no matter how long it takes.

Im so confused. I had read that you just needed to stay away from ascorbic acid vitamin c while taking mms.

My lovely ex relied on a 10yr old test result and his exs test results to determine he was clean. Long story short he gave it to me. I've had ONE outbreak in the 2.5yrs that I think I've had it. Tried to take mms last year with the 30-40 drops in a liter bottle divided out over 8hrs and quit (like a fool because I feared the pain I saw my now ex go through). Mid Feb this year I decided to try it again because I want to move on and I found a GREAT guy.. I never once saw an outbreak even when I tried to provoke one so I thought hey maybe it was a fluke? nope...

now im guessing Im asymptematic and I want to get my ducks in a row so that I don't have to keep trying to beat this garbage. I already suffer from anxiety and I'm way too considerate to put anyone else at any level of risk.

here goes everyday I try to make sure I take 10 drops/ hr, every other hour I take mms2 (half a 00 cap), I will usually try to eat a few grapes or some form of fresh fruit to get the taste out of my mouth. This is over the course of 10-11hrs ( I don't have a job where I can dart to the bathroom so I can't push myself too terribly far). My goal is to keep this up and restest mid- late june.

I found out my meal replacement shake has arginine in it, roughly 2000mg per serving but its crazy full of super food and since im a single homesteader who works long days away from home I'm kinda stuck when it comes to meals. Other than this I watch what I eat and drink to make sure I'm not touching arginine.

Please tell me I'm on the right track but more importantly please let me know if I need to change something!!

What protocol you are trying to follow. The protocol for Herpes is 1000, 24 drops per day. MMS2 is for people that have cancer. If you only have one outbreak in 2.5 years probably you have another condition. Did you test positive to HSV1 and HSV2 virus? Or you think you have it because your ex have it.

MMS is affected by any antioxidant that you ingest during the day.

10 drops of MMS per hour is quite a lot, especially over an extended period of time. If you can't handle it, try CDH. It's easier on the stomach for most people and Jim Humble has approved it's use.

Yes I've tested pos for both. We thought that mms protocol 2000 was for herpes. I think I'm still going to do the 2000 so I am literally killing 2 birds with one stone. I'll scale back a little from 10 drops. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right because I really don't want to repeat this.

At the bottom of this page you will find a list of all the protocols, plus a place to view a malady list. That will help you.

Jim recently mentioned in an email that we really only have one protocol - protocol 1000 - and everything else builds on that - so if the 1000 isn't getting it, go to 2000 (or 1000+ and then to 2000) - Even the protocol for cancer and really bad health issues starts with protocol 1000 and after you're adapted to 24 drops a day (3 drops an hour for 8 hours), then you add in the MMS2, which makes it protocol 2000.

I understand what you're saying and at 100 drops over 10hrs I think I'm ok with adding mms 2. Last time it made me sick because I started too strong of a dose but this time I hardly notice it.

Ive tried protocol 1000 a couple of times with no luck but I also didnt stick with it past week 2... weekends are difficult for me because I have to live on a timer. This time I'm just going to stretch it out over 2 months instead.

Theres just so much conflicting/confusing information about vitamin c. Obviously there are two types and I thought all I needed to do was stay away from the ascorbic acid vitamin c but citric acid vitamin c is safe... is this correct?

The most common error we all commit is trying to get a lot of MMS to get cure fast. And MMS did not work that Way. What you are doing is getting sicker quick and ended hate The MMS Solution. Lower you dose to a level that you feel fine without nausea or diarrea. Fyi. There no test for hsv that will say you kill The virus. But you can be negative if The concentration of antibodies in your bodie is lower than .90.

I ve never had ob in the past but since I am using mms I have ob... everyday more and more... and what I noted that I have them more ( itching more) in the evening ... any reason? do you think I should keep on using MMS or I should stop it???? this is the second week.. one more week and I should finish the protocol 1000.
My point is when this virus will be completely eradicated from my body?
