the best protocol for herpes

HI there does anyone know the most effective protocol for herpes? I realize there are many and i have been scouring the internet for sometime trying to find an answer. Could someone please help

Methods Other Than Oral of Using MMS
►► MMS Fumes on the Skin
For a staphylococcus infection, do this carefully, as it can save your
life or someone else’s life in a few minutes. Obtain a glass or cup or
smaller vessel of a size to cover the infected area and not allow any
gas to get out. It must not be metal.
Put 10 drops of MMS and 10 drops of 50% citric acid in the vessel
and mix. Do not add water. Immediately put the mouth of the
vessel over the infected area but do it so that the MMS remains in
the bottom. Lean your body so that the vessel is not upside down.
Allow the chlorine dioxide fumes to bathe the infected area for five
minutes, no longer. The gas will burn your skin otherwise.
At the end of five minutes, remove the vessel holding the MMS and
try to lightly squeeze the infection so that pus comes out. Keep paper
towels handy to clean up the mess. If pus does not come out, wait
several hours and repeat the procedure. This will normally handle
staph infections in one treatment, but if not, repeat the procedure
every 6 hours until handled.

I use to have herpes which erupts with blisters/sores in the corners of the mouth/lips. I used Virgin coco oil(VCO) at 1 to 2 tablespoon once a day and have been free from sores ever since. It does take a while, about a month or so, to kill the virus with VCO but you can take L-Lysine daily in the meantime which prevents the flare ups. Others have reported faster results by taking it 3 times per day but definitely it takes at least weeks and not days. I heard about L-Lysine first, before learning about VCO, and had been taking it daily to keep the virus dormant and prevent flare ups.

LOL, that much VCO would leave me sitting on the throne all day long!

BLCo, I also take L-Lysine (free form) every day to prevent shingles outbreaks. Once I stopped taking it for about 3 months and experienced another shingles outbreak. I took 2,000 mg. of L-Lysine 3 times a day plus applied some topical L-Lysine cream on the sores and it was back under control within about a week. Since the second outbreak, I've learned to NOT stop taking the L-Lysine daily. Stay away from L-Arginine if you suffer from shingles as it works to cause the virus to replicate even faster!

I am hoping that after I've been taking the MMS for a while, that I can take the chance and stop the L-Lysine to see if the MMS has killed off the virus for good. I will have to take the risk in order to see. I figure if I have no outbreaks after 1 year passes that the virus can then be declared dead and gone for good.

Not too many people know that Vit B helps for HSV-1 (cold sores).This is what my wife and I used before we found mms.
Whenever you feel the cold sore coming up take 4-5 tablets of Vit B Complex twice a day for couple of days .It really works !

Mickey, I stopped taking the L-Lysine about 2 months after I started on the VCO just to see if I would get any outbreaks and even took L-Arginine just to see if I can induce an outbreak. But I never did have any more outbreaks which led me to conclude that the VCO did take care of the herpes virus. This has been some 5 years ago and I have never had any outbreaks since.

Pam, LOL, I did get loose vowels the first time I tried VCO coz I took it on an empty stomach. I then learned that VCO is a mild laxative so I started taking the VCO once a day with a meal, right after lunch, which helped mitigated the laxative effect.

VCO has applications, also, in alzheimers - people can google coconut oil alzheimers and read about it, if interested. I've been waiting for the FDA to try to make it a drug, .

GREAAAAAAAT NEWS, because I also eat 1-3 TBS. a day of VCO! Only problem now I won't know for sure which one has killed the virus, the VCO or the MMS if it really is dead now. VCO never helped me with my bowels at all, buuuuut baking soda and potassium chloride does every single day!
