Macaddict08 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 543 Thank you received: 470	I take the VOC oil with my meals (lunch or dinner) .... 1 rounded teaspoon 2 x's a day ... and here's a suggestion.. try NOT taking Lysine and letting the VOCoil do its job in place of the Lysine. A lot of the time when one stops taking the Lysine, the flare-ups lessen by 90% (as weird as that sounds) Just keep the VOC oil away from the MMS by 2 hours. Clint

Hello, I have suffered from oral herpes like 30 years. I have used protocol 1000+, and also external cure at the lower back and many bath with MMS. Guess what? It has been more than 6 months since I did not experienced an outbreak. I still can not believe it, I am a completely another person now.

So I recommend the protocol 1000+ for curing your nasty herpes.
