Mixing CDS Plus and a carrier Oil: Ratio?

This is my first post here !  Hooray !

Back to the serious reality:
I have a bottle of CDS Plus (activated) and also have some jojoba oil as the carrier oil for mixing.  My wife has a 2" by 2" (5cm x 5cm) tumor in her left breast.  It is hard like a rock.  I'd like to:

1. Mix the CDS Plus and the Jojoba Oil and have her rub it into the tumor, or
2. Apply the CDS Plus first, then the Jojoba Oil some amount of seconds later as some have mentioned in this great blog in other posts.  

My question is this.  For either process noted above, what should be the ratio of mixture of the two products applied and any other details that I/we should know too.

Note: I have heard of some good success per the insertion of a needle with a Chlorine Dioxide solution directly into the tumor:   clo2xuewuliu.substack.com/p/intratumoral-chlorine-dioxide-ablation
but I do not want to do that myself and cause the cancer to spread throughout her body. 

We live in the Seattle, Washington, USA  area and don't know of any doctor in the area who does this sort of thing, so in the meantime, we thought to go this route via rubbing a mixture that will soak through the skin and into the tumor.

but I do not want to do that myself and cause the cancer to spread throughout her body. There is a clinic in Germany that uses Dr. Liu's method. You can contact Dr. Liu for the latest info.

They currently cannot ship to the USA due the EU's stubborness to lower their tariff's that they have had on the USA for years. 
Brussels has some issues they need to "sort out".  It is not a problem.  I purchased their product in early 2025 on sale then activated it late last year.  Dr. Mark Sircus advised that if I am not willing to make my own, to purchase Chlorine Dioxide from this US Company:   gaiaschoiceproducts.com/products/cds-triple-pack

Now to using DMSO.  You say to put the Chlorine Dioxide on first, then the DMSO on second.  I have some questions:

1. What DMSO to Chlorine Dioxide ratio should I aim for ? 
2. What amounts of each should I start with?  What amounts are maximum and the gradient levels getting to the maximum?
3. If I am supposed to apply the Chlorine Dioxide first, how long to wait until the DMSO is applied?  How many seconds ?

I am not surprised per the U.S. medical system = sick care.  We have known that long before Covid came ashore in early 2020.  Some of the long-standing "issues" are being exposed per the new administration.  Thankfully !     We'll see how far it gets corrected in 4 years time.  A long overdue wake-up call.  Decades long.

Regarding the "The War on Chlorine Dioxide" book, when you say that "Kory introduces a fictious character who supposedly enlightened Jim Humble about CLO2, which is not true.", is this something you discovered from reading the book, or was it from someone else reading the book, then letting you know afterwards?

I have several unused dark 2oz glass spray bottles that I will dedicate one to CLO2 and one to DMSO.   I will have her spray the CLO2 first then wait at least a few seconds then have her spray the DMSO at a 1:1 ratio.  We'll also start her at one pump of the spray for each per the amount.

I did a search on this forum and from that I have a few more questions for you:

My wife is taking a liquid Liposomal form of Ivermectin (“Iver Cleanse” from Healthy Drops - 18mg) and the pill form of Mebendazole (Qty 1 - 500mg). Will there be any interactions / compatibility issues with her doing the Chlorine Dioxide and DMSO through the skin?  These all won't be done at the same time, but rather spread apart x amount of hours.
