Protocol for HSV2 with CDS?

Hi everyone,

I was diagnosed with HSV2 about three years ago and have outbreaks once every four months, so not extreme.

i had a friend who took MMS and he tested negative for HSV2 about a year ago and due to work and life, I have been lazy to try and test it out. He took MMS for six months but recommended CDS as he has more free time as me and CDS has a lot less side effects.

I’m curious of a 5-6 month protocol with CDS that will work?

I was thinking a couple ml everyday long term would be better than a short and strong dosage. Also more easy to live life with not having to constantly be dosing every hour or two throughout the day.

If anyone has any advice or personal experience I would love to hear feedback and begin, thank you
