Hello, thank you for the information on how to properly brush teeth. Once I have added baking soda to the mixture, how can I measure the ph of the solution? I just want to be sure that it is properly mixed before brushing teeth.
In Jim Humble's brushing your teeth procedure as spelled out in MMS Health Recovery Guidebook Revised Edition, 2 ounces of water are added to 5 drops of MMS1.
On page 74 Jim Humble says, ". . . Keep in mind that fruits and vegetables are acidic in nature more so than MMS1 doses. . ."
I just started adding a few drops of baking soda water and what a difference in the way my mouth feels afterwards. CL02 alone has worked well but this definitely has better taste and feel.
