What to not eat or drink (on Protocol C):
1. Leave 30 minute intervals before and after meals and 1 or 2 hours before and after taking any prescription drugs.
2. Wait at least four hours before drinking antioxidant juices or, better yet, avoid them altogether.
3. Preferably, do not mix CDS with coffee, alcohol, bicarbonate, Vitamin C, ascorbic acid, orange juice, preservatives or supplements (antioxidants). While these substances don't usually interact, they can neutralize chlorine dioxide's effectiveness.
The book also states that you can add the prepared CDS to a liter of water and drink it over the course of 8 to 10 hours (sip it). I've been taking it for 7 days now with no side effects, so this is my plan for the next 2 weeks.
Best to everyone!

I use both, and decide which one to use for the application. They both have their place.
Neither one is better than the other, and yes, they are different.
Yes, CDS is easier to take and has been proven many, many times.
And yes, MMS1 with its residual MMS and acid can go past the stomach, and CDS can not.
There are many, many positive CDS testimonials, so it does work, whether or not you like CDS, and it is obvious you don't. Which is too bad, because you seem to be very vocal on this forum and only promote MMS1. You could be helping others if you weren't so one sided pushing MMS1 and bad mouthing CDS.
I did not know that advertising was allowed in this forum, but that is what you are doing by promoting your website. I will check it out and see if you sell products. Do you?

I'm learning something new every day on this forum and just came across your post. What do you mean by "MMS1 with its residual MMS and acid can go past the stomach, and CDS can not." What is advantage of going past the stomach? I've been taking MMS1 for cancer, but my stomach can barely handle it. I can't get my body to take in more than a few drops anymore (Protocol 2000), so I recently switched over to CDS. Would it be wiser for me to go back to MMS1? I'm so confused.

Kerri Rivera says only MMS1 works with autism patients, not CDS.
If CDS works for your ailment, then you probably don't need to use MMS1. But, if CDS does not work for your ailment, MMS1 might.
There are other ways of getting CLO2 inside a human body. Both Jim's and AK's books include other methods that may help with your ailment.
