CDS still gasing in jar

Always best to put it in the fridge once the "baking" is done before you open the jar, to ensure as little gas escapes as possible. Outside fridge is good for baking, but not good once it is done.This email address is being protected from spambots. In the 2nd step he calls for letting the jar and residual in the shot glass sit for 12 hours. I let it sit for about 15 hours. I noticed when I took the shot glass out of the jar, it was still creating gas for awhile. But maybe it's because I was outside on a sunny day (but I was in the shade), or maybe I let it sit too long in step 2, or maybe that's just what it does...?

Andreas doesn't do this in his video but people have since learned this.

Yes, the finished batch in the fridge is what I’ve done, the colder temperature means less evaporation when the container is opened.
