Is this the same as MMS? Can anyone tell by the label what dilution to take this?

Hello difficult name, I assume that CDL means Chlorine Dioxide Losung. It's all in German text.
The last word means "solution". I guess it's activated MMS or CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) in water.
Can't you find more information on the site of the company you ordered it from?

When I google Naturefy nothing shows up. There are a variety of German companies selling CDL 3% solution,
and as far as I'm informed, this is the solution that is most often chosen, and used for treatment of infections.
The dosage depends entirely on the ailment that needs to be treated, many protocals are available. Google
The Health Recovery Guide book by Jim Humble, it's a good source for MMS study and offers many protocols.
