Hello everyone!
New to the forum, and just had a question: I was already taking N=Acetyl-L-Cysteine, and I am just about to begin the starting protocol using CDS. Is it OK to take both or will they neutralize each other? Your help or suggestions are appreciated.

Also, when you eat a light lunch you need to have a 30 minute gap between CD dosing and eating. Also NO antioxidants like tea, coffee, oranges, anything with ascorbic acid in it, also no alcohol, etc.

Take the NAC 1 hour before or after you start CD dosing, not at the same time.Hello everyone!
