"long time listener, first time caller" hahaha
I want to thank you all for the months of input, help and sharing in this post, which I have forwarded to many for additional guidance/info to allay uncertainty of MMS.  I've pulled together information from everywhere, including here, for a pre and post clot shot detox plan and have had 3 double clot shotted friends come out the other side unscathed. (None have had dot point 4)
So I wanted to share some info back to my fellow humans, hoping it helps and apologies if it's already known knowledge.
1. Immunity: Nigella Sativa.  The raw form of black seed oil.  A tablespoon twice a week and wash it down with demineralised water.  I buy the seeds and other goods like Bentonite Clay, from the organic Source Bulk Foods in Brisbane.
2. The attached doc is from (wrong spelling purposely) Jean De Coad, who's website has been under attack for months (still is) and luckily I downloaded a few docs.  If you know of Jean, then you will expect the doc to be full on!!  From this doc, I recommend 2 main protocols that I've implemented:
         i. Alfalfa bath and drink DMSO, within 5 days post clot shot, and also whenever for nano particles etc in the air daily. (Detox bath with DMSO and MMS done on day of clot shot). Note!!  I don't bother with gloves and charcoal etc for cleaning the bath but a hot tip is to use a close knit mesh strainer, like a flour sifter over the drain to catch all the excess and place in a bag when you pull the plug!!
        ii. Mud Mix Protocol.
3. Nebuliser with Hydrogen Peroxide.  This is like MMS for maintenance and illness, is a must have and is brilliant!!!  Look up "Rapid Virus Recovery" Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD.  300page research doc (could be halved as the print is enormous) by MedFox Publishing.  At a high level, from every small illness to cancer, stems from your teeth, gums and tonsils.  Fascinating stuff and hidden of course as there's no money in it.  The nebuliser is the most expensive outlay as each treatment amounts to my estimate between 5-10c.  I bought my mini/travel nebuliser online from MyDeal for about $65 AUS incl freight.  Honestly, best thing next to MMS for you, family and friends.  
4.  Clot Shot extraction WITHIN 30mins.  My work mandated, to be twice done by 23/2.  I won't go into it but got an approval for delay till March, but had the first 11/2.  Bawling my eyes out, begged the dickhead in a mask to aspirate, which he did.  As he's putting the stupid round bandaid on he says, LIKE IT"S A GOOD THING, "Oh its clotting already". F*&;(%ing great I replied.  No waiting 15mins for me.  Took off to my "been-through-this-twice" friend now my Nurse in the car, downing my MMS, heat pack, magnet suctions on the site and nicotine immediately and 2 minute drive to my place.  On the nebuliser and my Nurse had an old clean towel and first aid kit ready, alcohol wiped the site and I made 3 long slices around it with a sterilised razor blade.  Blood initially flowing out, scared my Nurse a bit.  Then it started to really slow, and big clots just sticking there with my arm completely by my side.  She had to  squeeze and use magnet suctions to get more out.  Video is quite gory but when people watch it, they say it's not right.  It's like jelly.  Everything you've seen online.  Screenshot attached of the magnetic suction, which I held upside down and the jelly held steadfast.  Had my MMS DMSO detox bath, then we quickly raced to Kmart and got the only microscope we could find (Kid's one).  Tried to take a photo through the microscope lens but didn't work, of the 2 long ribbon-like black strands.  Just like the GO photos online.  
Anyhoo, can't see myself getting the 2nd soul killing mechanism done.

Wow!  Nice to hear from you.  That is awesome that you've applied what you've learned here from everyone's contributions and added your own technique to it to get the best protocol possible.  That's great to hear that it's helped others too, so inspiring.

My friend just had the booster and her naturopath cousin use his method for extracting snake venom which is similar to what your
nurse friend did.  He pricked the vaccine area on her arm 16 times and used a hot glass for suctioning out the blood. 
She hasn't had any side effects following her jab.

So good to see people are having good results and there is something to this especially when you know that CDS/MMS
neutralises the spike protein.

If you ever get a chance have a listen to Edward Dowd.  He's an ex Blackrock financial advisor who blew the whistle
to wall street about the adverse events the vaccines are having.  He said the insurance companies are freaking out because their
life insurance claims have increased 258% in the last quarter.  Unprecdented.  They know the vaccines are a disaster
and are dumping their shares in Moderna and Pfizer knowing the public will soon catch on.  This is gutting Moderna's
company value and is why the CEO has mass dumped his shares because he's jumping off the Titanic before the iceberg hits like the
rats they are.  So I hope Moderna will get flushed down the toilet with Pfizer right behind them.  This mass global experiment
should never have gone as far as it did.

Thanks for your post.  Please keep us updated on you and your friends progress.  It is pretty cool to know that when
faced with a tough decision that there is something we can do.  That knowledge truly is power.

If you watch Russell Brand, I highly recommend his latest video where he interviews Dr John Campbell.  What I loved hearing
was the innate ability of the human body to heal and repair itself and how powerful the placebo effect is.  If we tapped into that
imagine how amazing our health would be.  I really feel that constant media bombardment with negativity has detrimental effects
on our health and they understand this concept and weaponise it.  If anything this whole covid thing has been a great awakening
to the control and manipulation we've been under since birth.  It's cool to see the Matrix and to break away from it's influence.

Yes absolutely!  And there is so much fraud that the FDA and CDC are frantically trying to cover it up.  The tragic part is that everyone is sharing their adverse side effects to deaf ears and yet you get wall street pissed off and movement happens.  Money talks.  It's sad it takes a wall street shark to attack a big pharma shark.  We're all just collateral damage in the crossfire.   Did you know that when the 3rd Reich took over Germany they wanted full control over medicine?  What's not often spoken about is that 80% of German doctors resigned because they didn't want to support their totalitarian regime.  Interesting how history comes in cycles.  Just look at the level of censorship, propaganda from state run media, division of society, unvaccinated banned from places in public, quarantine facilities, snitching on neighbours.  Incredible where we from just 2 short years ago.

I would also like to thank Joanne who alerted me that I can call around ask for aspiration before I go to get the jab. I ended up calling the nurse early in the morning and she said she does not do it but since I asked, she will. I was prepared to go elsewhere on the same day as I secured another practice where they agreed to aspirate. (an earlier practice I called refused!) 

I was concerned that the practice, where I had the bioweapon, was relatively small as I did not want to wait for 15 minutes before I could leave (would be very obvious that I was leaving early). However, as soon as the nurse told me to wait outside for 15 minutes, I ended up walking out of the practice without having any eye contact with anyone and in less than 4 minutes I was in the toilet with the patch (protocol K) on the injection site and took my first dose of F20. I followed the protocol I posted in the past, even going further by maintaining the max MMS1/CDS I can handle for as many hours as I can handle (without food breaks). On vaccine day, I did not have any food for just over 24 hours. Starting from the night before the vaccine, and throughout the following week (after the jab), at night, I am also taking ivermectin (0.6mg/kg), building up to 20ml of 70% DMSO, 300mg of asprin, vitamin D (10,000IU), vitamin A (25,000 IU), Zinc (100mg of elemental zinc), quercetin 850mg, zeolite (liquid nanosized and powder microsized), marine electrolyte and other supplements. In the morning I drink 100ml of hypertonic seawater solution on an empty stomach.

I only noticed the following:
1. The following day (day 1, counting vaccine day as day 0), when I woke up and then closed my eyes, I saw small little flashing small stars, glittering dust flashing, stripped lines flashing and small particles moving. The vision was crystal clear and extremely vivid! I never experienced that before in my life. In a way, it was a bit weird and very unusual. Sometimes, when I had my eyes open, I could see at the peripheral vision, some dots flashing and moving around. I must say that I did not have enough sleep a couple of days before the vaccine and in particular the night before I had only a couple of hours’ sleep. I went to the GP who referred me to the optometrist the following day (day 2). On day 2, I did not experience the same vivid vision when I closed my eyes, just dark purple dots spread evenly everywhere, very symmetrical but not flashing. Sometimes when I open my eyes, I see much subtle dots flashing in my peripheral vision, but less intense than the day before. This is sill continuing and currently slowly dissipating. The optometrist kept asking me if I had any headaches and I haven’t had any. She checked my eyes and could not find anything wrong with the retina. I asked her the cause of this and she said it must have been the vaccine. I asked if she saw anyone with similar condition after the vaccine, she replied ‘not anyone I checked but I heard about it in a ‘forum’’! - I have no idea what ‘forum’ she was talking about.
2. I have a sniffle a couple of times in a day. It can be a drop running out of my nose that I have to quickly catch it with a tissue.
3. the injection site was a bit sore on day 2 only. This has subsided. 

And that’s it. Apart from the above, I have not felt anything different. 

When should I do my blood test? I have to see another doctor was my narc one I see will most likely say ‘no need for it’.

Glad you were able to find someone to aspirate for you.  Just eases your mind a little.  Wowsers that's unusual the visual disturbances
but good that it seems to be subsiding.

When you ran to the toilet I could almost hear the Mission Impossible theme song playing as you sprung into action
throwing together your patch protocol.

That's good that you haven't had any major side effects.  Usually if you see flashes of light it could be due to retinal detachment but good they ruled it out.

I hope your government throws out mandates soon.  Our defense force and police no longer are mandated as of today. They won their
court case and can now choose if they want it or not as should have always been from the start.  I pray this rolls out to everyone.

@BD how are you feeling post jab yourself?  Any side effects that may have developed in the weeks after?
