does it work if we skip a day or two during taking cds

Hi, I have a thyroid problem and candida skin fungus. I was wondering if during taking the cds, It is fine to skip a day or two sometimes? I just want to make sure it does not rune my healing process. 
Also, I was wondering for how long can I take cds. Can i take it for like 3 months?
I noticed I have been feeling a bit constipated since taking it. 
It is true the cds can dehydrate you? 

Now I have been taking 10ml of cds throughout the whole day in a 1 liter water bottle.
However, I also have the virus herpes. And on Andreas Kalcker website, he said that the protocol for the virus is different: 8ml in 1h45m. My questions is. Can I do this protocol even tho my herpes is not activated on my skin at the moment? If yes. For how long should I do that protocol?

It’s NOT fine to skip treatments as you can undo work you’ve already done. Protocols are well thought out and prescribed specifically for good reasoning.
You can use CD every day forever as daily maintenance 
CD typically is not a diuretic and often can cause diarrhea when consumed in large doses.
Try using a topical protocol on skin.
