file with how much water are you supposed to take cds? also, are there more intense protocols, like there are with mms?

1. i read the protocol and i think it itsn't clear wether you add the cds to 30 ml or 60ml.

2. mms has other more intense protocols like mm1 mms2 are there similar things with cds?
