I'm new to the forum. I have chronic Epstein Barr virus and very recently started on MMS1 Protocol 1000. I live in the US and order from Australia so it takes a couple weeks to arrive and inadvertently I ordered a couple bottles of the CDS instead of MMS and am trying to come up to speed on using it, as my original bottle of MMS loses potency.
I read the unofficial protocol P115 but want to confirm the dosage because I've never used "ml" measuring dosages before. It seems like 48 drops of CDS for 1 dosage is very different when I thought I read in Jim Humble's book that it was a 1 to 1 ratio. Anyway, if someone can give me a shout out to confirm before I dive in, I would appreciate the help.
Thanks so much and God Bless!!

What is the CLO2 concentration of your CDS? 3000 ppm or higher?
To use CDS or CDH with MMS1 protocols, you will need to reference the charts here. Note that CDS dosing amounts are for use with 3000 ppm CDS.
CDS and CDH are dosed in milliliters and not drops. You will need a syringe with calibrations on the side or a pipette. No needle is needed. A one milliliter and 10 or 12 ml syringe would be good sizes to have. Find them at your local farm supply store or online.
I suggest you follow the Starting Procedure before using any other protocols, if you have not taken CDS recently.

Is this what you recommend? I've seen it a couple of times on this forum from people who are taking MMS.
Is this the recommendation for CDS as well?
Appreciate it, Karen Appel

If you could keep CLO2 in your body (in blood, lymph water system, etc) continuously, the sooner your ailment will go away.
So, you could ingest CLO2 during your waking hours and at night while sleeping, use the following method for a 24 hour CLO2 saturated body!

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
