homemade CDS with protocol 1000

Sorry if this is a dumb question -- I've been searching for a while and am coming up empty.
I am wanting to do protocol 1000 (and/or 1000+) but using CDS instead of MMS.
When I made MMS for 8 hourly doses of 1 drop (as a starting point) I mixed the MMS and citric acid, waited, then mixed with 16oz water (to take later as 8 2oz doses). All good.
For homemade CDS, using shotglass method, I figured the equivalent is to put the same quantities MMS/CA in the shot glass as when making MMS. Is this correct? I'm starting to think it's not.
BTW when making the CDS I'm using a quart jar with 16oz distilled water.

I actually like it and will be following this example. However we need to know if the quality is right. Pam - can you please advise on how to measure what one has made to verify the quality. Is there a simple meter I can buy?
