mms or cds questions

I am thinking to make my own if I do and a supplier is telling me that the cds purchased already made 8000ppm is what I have seen, will lose a lot of potency during transit. he can provide supplies but says to make in 12 hrs I need to get a 10% hcl solution for 3000ppm. Is this correct or can I use 4% and process longer?
I have one dog with very large tumor - I just started the budwig and may wait to start this. My second dog has blood in urine that I have kept at bay using colloidal silver and is now off and on so I am thinking to use the mms with her. and I just want to use this as maintenance for all of us anyway.
dog w/tumor is 75lb. dog with blood in urine is 90lb. I want to use this as a maintenance product anyway but would like advice from experienced people of the advantages of cds vs. mms and if I get the 4% hcl is it just a longer period of time to reach the 3000ppm. I would like to purchase the 4% use the mms protocol and if they wont take or get upset switch to cds and have the materials to make it.
What is the shelf life of the prepared cds, my supplier is saying 3-4 weeks.
I have hdpe plastic container with plastic lid - supplier is telling me glass is better - but I want to use what I have large glass container with plastic lid very hard to find.
Also, anyone know where to purchase the test strips, no pool stores near me carry them and I have seen $15 plus shipping on internet.
I am thinking I can give to my pets in food, but if there is a bad odor they may not take so hence the cds? Thanks, Penny

The test strips for chlorine is available in Waltmart, they have it in the pool section. There another post here that hey add drop of no activated MMS to the water. Check that Also for dog and cats.

Im a chemist, that the test you need to buy. You going to test chlorine available in water. There different trade mark using different concentration determination or different scale colors, You need to look for the one that can check higher concentration of available chlorine.
On Page 53 of "Master Mineral of the Third Milleniun" of Jim Humble book said to buy those test trip to test your activate solution.
He also said that even the package does not said that can be use for chlorine dioxide, you can used it.
God bless you!

I just checked Jim's book. Here's the quote:
"However, many juices will destroy the MMS and you will wind up
with a drink that has no value. One way to be certain that your juice
doesn’t destroy your MMS is to obtain chlorine test strips from a pool
store. These strips also indicate chlorine dioxide (activated MMS)
although it doesn’t say so on the package, and they will tell you right
away if your juice is killing the MMS or not. If you buy a package of
strips you can use sharp scissors to cut the strips lengthwise down
the middle to double the number of strips you have. It is always nice
to have strips to just check for sure that you actually have chlorine
dioxide."
I don't know how I missed that!! I will get some chlorine test strips and compare with the clo2 strips I have. Getting the clo2 strips is a pain here.

I apologize for send you to walmart to the the strip. I believe I saw the strip there the last time I went to buy the Calcium HypoChlorite that also was not as high as Jim recommend. I also check the website and non of the test are compatible for the High Range scale that is required. Im sure you can find them in a pool store as the book suggest.
You can check Amazon
www.amazon.com/LaMotte-Insta-Test-3002-Chlorine-0-500ppm/dp/B00EA9D39M/ref=sr_1_16/185-6836130-2045000?ie=UTF8&qid=1392990514&sr=8-16&keywords=chlorine+test+strips
Sorry, for my wrong information. Im human. God Bless You!!!
