I read here that CDS only lasts 20 minutes in the body. Would it be okay to have my coffee about 1/2 hour after my last dose? I think the answer would be about the same for CDH.
Hard to know. The 20 minutes for CDS is a theory that was brought up on the Spanish-speaking forum. If it were me (and we all know how conservative I am) - I'd wait an hour.
