hi,

I have been taking cds for three weeks daily 1-2 drops...and it is causing me constipation?
I eat a healthy balanced diet and never have suffered with constipation.

I started taking physillium husk and it helped...I decided to stop taking the husks...for two days as an experiment...and found I am constipated once again?

Please advise

Hi, i suggest switching to MMS, 4 drops of mms equates to 1cc/ml of CDS.

Thank you...I am not able to afford the mms...I will continue taking cds and perhaps increase to 1ml...is this suffice for health and wellbeing maintenance?
