DeeBee,

Jim's usual advice is to go with Protocol 1000 for 3 weeks and then go to P2000 if not well. You are seeing some improvement but would like more. In addition, I will post below some good advice from Bruce and Ken re herpes.

=================================
MMS2 by itself will help your immune system with Herpes, but for the most effective approach I would consider using Protocol 2000 with MMS1. You'll find info on Protocol 2000 on the Effective Use of Sacraments page under Healing Methodologies on the left menu - or follow This Link.

Herpes is a persistent chronic condition that calls for a concerted effort to heal. I've talked to people who are free of it after more than a year since using MMS1 & 2 for a month or so. You can start with the MMS2, taking a capsule (start with 1/4 of a #0 cap or less per dose) every 2 hours with 16 ounces (450 ml) of water. Jim Humble recommends a full #0 capsule is a maximum dose, but I suspect half of that, or a #2 or #3 cap is fully effective and easier to handle.

Bruce

==================================
Hey Connie, I've been recently helping someone to treat an HSV2 infection, they started on MMS1 for 2 weeks and still had some signs of symptoms although they reported to me that they were greatly reduced, at that point I put them on the MMS2 in conjunction with the MMS1 for another 2 weeks. They actually stopped all together after about a week and a half on P2000 as they felt like they were cured. I would have liked to seen them stay on P2000 for another week or so, just to be safe because like Bruce said above Herpes can be very persistent although ultimately it is no match for the MMS's. Additionally i recommended that they supplement with coconut oil capsules as well as there is a lot of evidence that shows the high levels of lauric acid which becomes monlaurin in the body helps to remove the lipid membrane on the virus(its shell sort of). This is said to kill the virus and in my very humble opinion should also aid in helping the MMS's to oxidize the virus. If and when I find out whether or not they've truly virus free, I'll let you know!

================================

Seems like herpes often needs P2000, so if I was in your shoes DeeBee, I think I would move up to P2000 and see what happens.

Healing wishes,

Michael

Thanks Michael very helpful info.

I'll continue with P1000. I wanted to check with you regarding some Calcium Hypochlorite I found at a local store before buying it in case I do P2000. I'm living out of the country and supplies like this are limited.
It's a product by Alden Leeds called "Nu Clo Hit Hard Pool Shock Treatment" www.aldenleeds.com/st1.html
Ingredients:
326 CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE 68.00000
0 INERT INGREDIENTS 32.00000

I think 68% Calcium Hypochlorite is goood, I'm just worried about what the other 32% Inert ingredients might be. There are so many warnings on the package it makes me unsure! Since it's the first time buying it I want to be certain.

Thanks again

The "other" contents of the calcium hypochlorite pool shocks are a frequent topic of discussion. We don't know. One person who seemed to know said that his cal hypo residue was mostly magnesium salts. Whatever it is, it can't be too toxic, because people swim, or worse, hot-tub in it and it gets absorbed by the skin, so it wouldn't be approved if it were seriously bad. I think.

The highest concentration of cal hypo in a pool shock that I've seen is 78%. Google "POOLIFE Turbo Shock" and you'll find distributors.

Hi DeeBee,

The one I buy says 73% calcium hypochlorite www.lesliespool.com/browse/Home/Pool-Chemicals/Pool-Shock/Power-Powder-Weekly-Shock/D/30100/P/1:100:1000:100010/I/14620 . It has warnings all over the label too. But you will be taking a nontoxic dose. The product you are looking at looks like it will work fine.

I did have the guy at my Leslie's store look up all the inert ingredients and they were all harmless things like calcium carbonate, which I think was the largest one. I think it depends on what's in the mining deposit where they are getting it from. I agree with what Bruce says about the inert ingredients too.

The MMS2 is great stuff, I highly recommend it.

Thanks Michael and brtanner.
I purchased the calcium hypochlorite and started the Protocol 2000. I got up to 8 drops of the MMS 1 and 1/2 a capsule of the MMS 2 before getting diarrhea. I've backed off a few drops and don't feel any physical symptoms of nausea, pain or diarrhea anymore, but maybe because of the taste I've developed a very strong negative mental reaction each hour when trying drink the MMS. I feel fine until I look at the MMS while it's activating and then I get a very strong physical shudder as I think about drinking it. I've had to actually skip a few hours when I can't force myself to drink it. Still no averse physical symptoms, but just the thought of it is stopping me. Is this normal? Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Thanks Dee

btw If you think this should be moved to another thread do so since it's not really about 50% citric acid anymore.

Hi Dee,

I think the revulsion you are describing is a natural thing that comes up sometimes. It has been suggested this could be at least partly secretions or some type of influence from pathogens trying to get you to stop, wouldn't surprise me.

I believe Jim has struggled with it to at times and that is why he came up with the idea of taking the MMS1 in capsules. Here is where Jim describes taking MMS1 in capsules www.jimhumble.biz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=46 and here is a video by Simunye and our discussion genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=11&id=41&Itemid=66.

In addition, there is a mental discipline approach that can help with this. I had a severe struggle with nausea about 15 yrs ago when I was doing gerson juice therapy and one of the things that enabled me to keep going was to start training my mind to be THANKFUL for each and every juice, castor oil or other item on the therapy regimen. I got into a habit of giving thanks for each and every gulp and it does help. It is more of a gradual help, but you need all the help you can get in this situation. I still do it today, and it makes life more joyful.

Keep up the good work Dee and let us know how it goes,

Michael

Thanks Michael,

I have been trying your mental "thankful" approach and it has been helping a lot. Just changing my perspective about swallowing the drops from one of dislike to one of concentrating on the benefit of the treatment and "this stuff is going to help me" has gotten rid of the shudders I was having. Amazing what the mind can do! Thanks for that tip.

This week, since going onto the Protocol 2000, I've experienced the onset of a very strong sore throat and what feels like a full blow cold. It seems strange that I'd actually be catching a cold while taking so much MMS. What do you think it might be?

I started to get a bad cold at my training in the Dominican Republic AFTER 2 DAYS OF TAKING PROTOCOL 1000! and it continued to get worse as I took MMS the next day. I really wanted the cold to go away, and was able to basically knock it out overnight with two #0 capsules 1/4 full of MMS2, taken 2 hours apart before I went to bed.

All of the congestion, impacted sinuses, sore throat, and lung-congestion was gone the next morning. I did have a strong Herx reaction, but it was worth it...

I guess you've been on MMS2 for a while, all I can suggest is stay with it, and get plenty of fluids.

Hi Dee,

It’s true the mind is so powerful. I’m glad you experienced that for yourself. I was surprised by the power of the “thankful” approach myself too back when I was really desparate, and that is why I have stuck with it through the years.

As for the full blown cold symptoms, I wonder if you may not be experiencing a mild “healing flareup” like I described in my recent post on that subject (genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=2569&Itemid=66). Since you were on protocol 1000 for a week and then on protocol 2000 for a few days, if I understand correctly, then it seems very unlikely that you caught something. It sure sounds like a healing flareup the way you describe it and if it progressed into worse symptoms like vomiting or diarrhea then I would say that is further indication of a full-blown healing flareup.

I think the advice of Bruce is excellent, to stay with it and get plenty of fluids.

Michael

Hi Bruce: that is in interesting story that you have. In your case, I would think that probably was a bug you caught since you were only 2 days into the protocol and you had just traveled and changed your diet and surroundings. It is great you could kick it in one evening with 2 doses of MMS2. So the herx you are describing, did you have vomiting or diarrhea that night too?

Thanks,

Michael
