Hi,
I started Protocol 1000+ with DSMO. I finally gave up after 4 days because it was difficult to keep making individual batches with my crazy work schedule and disrupted sleep cycles. I would now like to make a bottle batch to keep me motivated for the next 2-3 weeks.
When I started protocol 1000+ I was taking the DSMO incorrectly and when Pam told me what I should do, I felt like I noticed changes (a good thing).
So, I wanted to be sure that I am using DSMO correctly with bottle form.
Here is what Jim mentions on his web page:
"Take a liter bottle, divide it into 8 equal parts. Mix 24 drops of MMS and 24 drops of 50% citric acid. Swirl or mix for about 20 seconds. Fill the bottle with water and you will have a 3 drops of MMS activated per line taken hourly."
My questions:
1. Each hour when I go to take 1/8 of a bottle, do I pour this into a cup, add the DSMO (because water was already added into the bottle) and then wait 3 minutes for the DSMO to activate with the MMS/Citric Acid?
2. I read somewhere on Jim's page that doing 12-15 doses each day is more effective. I am assuming (hopefully correctly) that I can just make a 15-dose bottle the same way I make an 8-dose bottle?
3. I am using this for type 1 diabetes. I believe I had read somewhere that if no changes were noticed within the 4-5 days for Protocol 1, to then move into Protocol 2000. Is it preferable that I do go the whole 2-3 weeks using Protocol 1 or should I just automatically switch to Protocol 2? I guess I am not sure what "changes" I should be experiencing during Protocol 1 that would tell me that something his happening.
Thank you for all of your help and your responses!
Regards,
Heather
