Well, here it is, day 3 of John's herpes protocol, and i'm still hanging in there. I have multiple health issue's i'm dealing with, so it's taking me longer.

But, all is well. I've had an outbrea these whole 32 day's, so it's a huge releif to see sign's of ob's finally going away...slowly, but surely.

So, I don't wanna jump the gun, but i'm hoping, and praying that this is what's happening! It would be such a great feeling to finally see these sign's of ob's finnaly vanish! I m still having slight ob, but like i said, it looks like it's slowly fading away. I've been applying the bentonite clay down there, but it won't seem to dry completley. So, I just leave it on for 30-40 minutes, then wipe off with warm water. Im also taking Moringa capsuled 3 times a day. 6 in the morning, 6 at lunch, and 6 at dinner....hoping it boost my immune system, so I can heal faster. I'm in it to win it, so i'll continue, until i see the result's i'm looking for!!

Keep up the good work ! I was about 30 days into the protocol that I had my last outbreak. ( I had 2 during the process) 1- almost immediately starting out and 2- where you are right now. They were both a lot weaker than the outbreaks I had for years. Im not an expert. But I will say making a paste out zinc and water and rubbing it into the outbreak area worked wonderfully !!! Personally I would recommend staying away from ANY and ALL supplements and 'Health" foods. I would allow the protocol do work on the virus totally without any interruption/fighting any other things you may be ingesting.
