Don't know much about "brain fog" although the condition seems very real and befuddling.

In reading some of the posts in relation to sugar, specially the refined type, one thing comes to mind again and again: Poison! Do not touch! Stay away from completely.

Have you tried eating less at night?

I recommend to try breathing exercises (pranayama), mainly alternate nostril breathing or Nadhi Shodana:

very interesting. I got one for ya. I drank 1tsp of turpentine to 1 tsp sugar and it cleared my brainfog in just moments. I think it is also referred to as a biofilm on the brain. and that was a bout 1 mo ago and it has not returned either.

pretty sure the brainfog is candida related, search amazon for candida book by earth clinic.... pretty awesome read

That is so interesting Kenneth - why did you believe drinking Turps is going to be effective?

I certainly would not contemplate ingesting Turps - albeit that is an organic hydrocarbon - it is a hydrocarbon non the less and would be toxic. (I am not a Medical/Biological/Chemical expert) Saying that - there are many poisons from nature that homoeopathically applied - stimulates the body to react in corrective fashion.

How did you come upon this treatment - jest for personal interest sake?

The ONE thing I avoid like the plague is Sugar! My contribution is to know that sugar that if refined to an inorganic molecule, is poison to the body and produces acids you could do without. Use anything else organic. One can get unrefined sugars that are not chemically and heat treated. (Honey is prime replacement)

Sky, check out the youtube link and the document linked too. You'll find turpentine therapy goes back to at least Babylon, Hippocrates mentioned it and Pliny, and the rockefellers sold it and kerosene for cancer therapies before moving on to more lucrative therapies.
Slaves used it as a panacea for many years so did the native americans. and it and other remedies have been suppressed in favor for profits for the money whores.
lastly one of the omitted pieces, most valuable for everyones health is minerals. I'm sure mms therapies would work better if the users mineral levels were good. the land no longer gives us what we need.

here i am two and a half years later, still dealing with brain fog, seems to be getting worse. auto immune paleo helped but didnt really solve it. it was still there. it was difficult for me to maintain it. i keep thinking it is lyme, but really it could be mercury or candida or the toxins left behind by parasites like lyme. i am close to getting all my amalgams out and then will start a mercury detox. does anyone have any favorite mercury detox protocols they would like to share. i am familiar with quicksilver and also andy cutler. both seem good.
i did my first ozone sauna and i felt real good afterwards. but then the next day i noticed my memory wasnt as good as it had been prior. i also did some colloidal silver though before the sauna, not sure that didnt have something to do with it.
looking for answers. for me, when i notice my memory change for better or get worse, it usually happens in a short amount of time. like if i eat some food that i shouldnt, i will feel an immediate reaction. i ate some oat meal a while ago, not long after, the fog rolled in. I guess if it can roll in, it can roll out.

Lightfoot - get CPV Coconut oil and take 1 table spoon per mouth twice a day.

You should see results within a week. Check out all you can read about demyelination.

And get rid of those mecury fillings asap - plus the fluoridised water.
