Vit C is such a powerful antioxidant and we are not supposed to take it yet until
parasites are killed according to Andreas Kalcker and Kerri Rivera.

They say that supplements probiotics, etc., feed the parasites and they multiply and
get stronger.

It is very difficult, but as Clint said, the clay will do the job.

I live on the NorthWest and the radiation was already measured as getting higher in some
cities on the coast, by the Pacific.

If you are that constipated (and I am assuming you are drinking at least 8oz of water every hour til 7pm?).... then try skipping 2 days of the clay... use either a glycerine suppository or tea to make yourself 'go'..... then start back on the clay at 1/2 the amount you were on before, and take it from there.

Also.... are you taking Diatomaceous Earth at all in this ? ... if not... try a rounded tablespoon with a full glass of water on an empty stomach... that stuff is magic for me.

I am drinking a lot of water and 1 ts of DE twice a day. I will try taking a full tablespoon at once with water.

How much clay and DE are you taking a day ? .... just curious

I take 1 ts of clay for now and 2 ts of DE

Have you got some fine psyllium powder you can take in the am ? That might help with the "plumbing" issue.
