Jim Humle's video "How to Fix an Abscessed Tooth"...

Greetings. I was wondering about how to heal an abscessed tooth because
I saw a video Jim Humble made May 20 of this year and it's about
"How to Fix an Abscessed Tooth" using MMS1 and heals it within days.

I bought some CDS a few months ago so I'd like to know how can we use CDS
to get the same results and also for general dental health as well.

I've been treating what I believe to be infected root canals at the back of the right side of my mouth both upper and lower. Its been 4 or 5 days now since I've been using CDS and the swelling and pain have almost gone. My method is to use protocol 1000 (mixing 1ml of CDS with a 4oz glass of water and drinking it) DONT use metal spoons. I then follow the instructions in Bishop Jim Humbkle's video for cleaning the teeth and mouth and I swish and gargle some of the 1/3-1/2 of teeth cleaning solution concentrating on the affected area. A little tip I've picked up is not to brush for more than 5 mins at the beginning upping it to 10mins when it starts to heal.

I also use a spray bottle with an extension arm (a typical throut spray bottle cleaned out with distilled water will be fine) evry 2-3 hours.

Good for you that you have got such great results in 4 or 5 days to where the swelling and pain have almost gone because it's inspirational to me as well as others of how fast and well this works.

Let me ask, you said you mix 1ml of CDS with a 4oz glass of water and drinking it. How often do we do this?

By the way, what's a good way to measure 1ml? Is 20 drops in a 4oz glass of water about right?

I drink a 1mil dose every couple of hours or so and to be honest I haven't been sticking to that so well the last day or so but I plan to get back to every couple of hours as I believe it helps take care of the other unwanted pathogens etc in your body. The way I measure 1ml is to use a syringe (in pet stores) but if you don't have 1 then 3 drops from a clean eye/ear dropper will be about 1ml. 20 drops might be a bit toooo strong to drink.

Thanks for what you write I have just made my first ever CDS and its 1,500ppm I want to use it with dmso and dilute it to brush my teeth with would you have any idea of how much I should dilute my CDs for a sensible strenght to brush my teeth with?
The whole reason I have just learned to make CDS is becuse I felt very nervous about using diluted mms in my mouth because of the citric acid. I believe there is no citric acid in the CDS do you know if this is correct?

Insite I would love to offer the experience/info I have even if its not a whole lot - I've just made some 12000ppm CDS which is really strong compared to the last one of 3500ppm approx and i used 3ml diluted with half a glass of distilled water for brushing swirling and gargling, and my mouth felt the cleanest so far! One tip that I've picked up along the way is when you gargle (if u gargle it) try to block the air passage at the back of the throat with your tongue so not to breath the fumes. Instead breath through the nose only and and breath out of the mouth not in (I hope u follow me). Today I had my 1st decent nose wash by sniffing the solution through a straw and its only now starting to unblock (I used a diluted 2500ppm solution which I will dilute further). I know the CDS will not completely cure my problem alone but I have faith that removing the root canal teeth combined with CDS will enable my immune system to recover.

Neti pots are really nifty things. I got mine from the health food store, but you can get it from Amazon. They look like this:



Mine holds a cup of water (I use it slightly warmed) and I use a small amount of Himalayan salt in mine, well dissolved. I actually make one batch up and pour it through a nostril (there's videos out there of how to do it - you sort of lean forward and tip your head to the side so it goes in one nostril and out the other) - then I make a second cup up for the other side. You could do it with one pot, I just couldn't figure out how to measure 1/2 a cup when I'm pouring You could add an activated drop of MMS to it, if you like - Good thing!
