Maybe not square one :) Maybe just a day's setback? I hope that's all! The same thing happens to me -- if I slack for any reason the symptoms are worse the next day. The wake up call gets me right back in the saddle and then my symptoms ease off again. It's hard work, but we'll get there!

Mark,
I saw your quote a couple of days ago, but was not a member, so it took a bit to get on again.
I have COPD, Celiac Sprue and also oustio-arthritis. I started using the MM a couple of weeks ago, but had not checked out the site as to a chat type room.
I am a year younger than you, and I want to continue to be busy and help others too. Thank you for your posts on her to Meg. I am going to check out some of the stuff that you did.
Have a blessed one.
Betty

I am on oxygen, and have been for 19 years and a few days.

A friend of mine mixes the stuff for me, and brings it down, as I help him with other things. I told him yesterday that I joined this site, as he is the one that told me about MM. I ordered a bottle, but ended up giving it to him, and thus now I am really getting into using the stuff. I take the tub baths, plus the oral. I am seeing a difference slowly.

I have been searching the other areas of MM site. That is where I decided since their is a chat room of sorts to get to know other people with problems like mine.

My COPD is not the worst that is for sure, and I want to do what I can to get healthier. My siblings are all gone, cancer and heart disease got them. I do belong to COPD International.com.

I am a bit of a health nut in a way, but not always good at following through with my advice, thus I run into problems. Thankful that I can do all that I do, do.

The tub baths to me are wonderful, I really am enjoying them, plus getting used to the stuff we take too.

God bless

Hi Betty and thank you for the info. I cannot take sit baths due to my anxiety and clostifobia these days. I am helped being washed every day.IF I can take one bath in this stuff I would surely try lol. Are you looking to lessen the COPD like me and be able to breath a little better? I am om MMS 1 & 2 and going to attempt to take DMSO as soon as I get enough nerve because of how much I weigh and how senseitive my stomach and system is. I wish each and every one of you good luck and patience in their journey with us all. Don't give up. Keep trying. Megg ...

Hi Megg,

I read what you said about claustrophobia and I had an idea for you. You could do a foot bath. We absorb a lot through the feet.
You get a regular bucket and half fill with very warm water and put your activated MMS1 or even do another one with MMS2 powder.

Soak your feet as you are sitting on a chair. You could put a towel around your legs to keep the heat in your legs. I would do
it for 20 minutes. You could use the same amount of drops it is recommended for the bath or maybe less to start with.

When growing up my parents would do foot baths for head colds and many other ailments. They were truly naturalists, we had saunas when
catching a cold and a cold shower afterwards. And my mom who suffered from migraine headaches, would do a bath called "semi-cupio", by bringing
cold water from a small shower head to the lower portion of the belly. The headache would stop. We had all kinds of
natural treatments growing up and never needed to take any medicine. For fever it was the cold sheet wrap :woohoo:

Just an idea, tell me what you think.

I too, used to have a problem of getting in the tub, gotten over that now. I have used a foot tub many times, and it is awesome when our feet are tired at the end of the day.

Since I work with soaps/lotions etc, I like using essential oils too, and have used some on the bottom of my feet, around my navel and on my throat area, and when others that I was around had colds, I didn't get one. I guess that I am sort of a nutt when it comes to using natural things instead of chemicals, even in medications, I found out I was allergic to most of the ones that I was on, so little by little the doctor got me off of all but 2 b/p med/blocker type. Thus, I had to find other ways of helping myself, like the EO's.

I am thrilled with the MM, a friend of mine gives it to me mixed, thus I don't have to do that myself. I do thank him for helping, and he calls me his ginny pig. I just want to get healthier, as even though I have been on oxygen for 19 years, and 20 days tomorrow, I am still pretty active. I hope that all of us that are taking MM will too.

Betty,

I also like essential oils, but most of them make me sneeze, even the good and expensive ones like Young Living.
So I diffuse in parts of the house for freshening the air and make the house smell nice. I usually leave the room when
I do that. Still allergic to certain healthy things...

I hope you get some good results soon It must be so hard to be on O2 all the time. But keep taking the MMS, don't
give up, for more difficult problems it takes longer.
