I ALWAYS rinse my mouth out after brushing with MMS1 - no, you're not negating the benefits -

However, I use a stronger dose - about 8 drops activated in an ounce of water.

Thanks Pam. I came across your answer accidentally. Have I got this right, MMS2 is the new protocol i.e. 1 drop solution + 1 drop citric acid etc.

bds51, I'm a little confused. MMS2 is calcium hypochlorite. It's a different thing than MMS1 (which is sodium chlorite, and when activated becomes chlorine dioxide) - MMS2 is used in the protocol 2000 for life-threatening diseases.

We used to activate MMS1 with a 10% solution of citric acid (or lemon juice or vinegar) and when we activated it, we used 5 drops of activator and 1 drop of MMS1

Now, we use a 50% solution of citric acid, and it takes 1 drop of MMS1 and 1 drop of citric acid to activate - or a 1 to 1 ratio. (usually we use more than one drop in a dose. Note that when we talk about a 3 drop dose of MMS, we're talking about 3 drops of MMS1 and the correct number of drops of the activator - since that's a variable we don't know, we just say a 3 drop dose.

MMS2 does not require any activator and is usually delivered in a capsule.

Thanks a lot Pam. I found it Chpt 16 page 125 MMS2.

So, thankfully I'm using MMS1 but a less stronger solution. After using the solution to brush with, I take the rest of it and swish it around and then spit it out. That's why I want to rinse with normal water afterward. If I up the drops, then for sure I'll want to rinse twice.

Bruce:
Could I use this formula minus the DMSO, which I haven't bought yet, for brushing teeth?

@bds51 - It is not neccessary to have DMSO in the mix to treat or clean teeth.

Like Pam suggested, I use an 8x40 MMS1 mix with a 10% CA activator in a glass. I add just enough water after activation to cover the head of the tooth brush. Dunk and brush, then rinse the brush before dunking again and repeating the process till satisfied. I then add water to the rest of the mix and drink it. After about five minutes I rinse my mouth out with clean water to minimise the pH remaining from the mix.

This keeps all bugs at bay - sorts out gingivitus and tightens up loose teeth and removes plaque.

I love it!

Sky: okay ... but what is 8 x 40 MMS1; i.e. 8 what? + 40 what?.

Since I'm using 50% CA not 10% CA; does that change anything?

Right now I add 3 drops 28% NaCl + 2-3 drops 50% CA, wait 20-25 seconds + add 2 Tbsp water then follow a similar procedure to yours.

He's using a 10%, so that would be 5 drops activator for every drop of MMS. 8 drops of mms would require 40 drops of activator.

Sounds like the major difference is only in the number of drops. He's using 8, you are using 3, and you're both activating appropriately for the citric acid you each have.

FWIW, I brush my teeth, gums and gargle with 8 drops of MMS activated with 8 drops of 50% citric acid (except on days when I use CDS <G>)
