MMS2 for mouth rinse was created by Cricket
I have several fillings in my teeth, can I still use the MMS2 as a mouth rinse?

HI Cricket - am sure the ones that know the answer to that will reply, but i just wanted to comment that I have found that CDS makes THE most wonderful teeth cleaner and one just swills what's left at the end.

I thought it might just be my imagination and that water would do as well but trying that out make it clear that it is the CDS. tasteless but it seems to leave a clean fresh mouth and is also tops for dentures - has to be great for gums and teeth.

Hi, Cricket. MMS2 is acidic and will dissolve metal. If you have metal fillings and use MMS2 in your mouth, rinse thoroughly with straight water several times afterwards. Best to get all metal fillings replaced as soon as possible.

Hi Cricket. You won't want MMS2 in your mouth at all! It tastes terrible and will dissolve your teeth. The only place it belongs is in your stomach which is the reason for putting it in capsules and swallowing. I'm sure you must have meant MMS1 .

You know Paul, I think I meant to post CDS or MMS1 with DMSO. I had seen it somewhere on the forum but because I have fillings was wondering about it's use. You answered that for me. Thanks.

Cricket - I've not used MMS2 for the mouth - I have brushed with both activated MMS1 and also with CDS - (not at the same time <G>) = I always rinse my mouth after MMS1, because of the citric acid, but I don't worry about rinsing with CDS.

You can do a mouth rinse with MMS1, but I'd definitely follow it with a water rinse -

Super-effective mouthwash - gargle with MMS1:

6 activated drops (note: I activate this with only 3 drops 50% citric acid solution, even 2 will do)
2 tablespoons (1 oz, 30 ml) water
12 drops DMSO

Swish around mouth, between teeth, gargle, for 1 minute.

This mouthwash, used 3 to 4 times a day, can heal abscessed teeth, gum diseases, etc. A maintenance dose would be to use this 2 to 4 times a week.

This can totally change your state of oral health, and restoring health at the start of the alimentary canal is a key part of restoring gut health, essential for overall health.

I began the dental protocol a few days ago with 2 drops NaCl + 2 drops citric acid and about 1/8 cup water. Apart from my aversion to the smell + taste, I think it MIGHT be working but when after brushing, I rinse with water to get rid of the taste, am I negating the effects?

I ALWAYS rinse my mouth out after brushing with MMS1 - no, you're not negating the benefits -

However, I use a stronger dose - about 8 drops activated in an ounce of water.
